The reviews are not lying. The customer service is HORRIBLE, and the owner is even WORSE!! They are always very rude to me, and I do nothing but return kindness. Also very low ball offers. I had a $220 Graco stroller brand new, in box, never been touched and they offered me $45 for it. The store is very messy. I won’t be returning.
I have sold to them before and have always bought my items washed folded and in baskets. But today I was goi g to sell my daughter toys that she’s had since 7 and now 13, everything in very good condition, and me been a clean person I wrapped the toys down in put them in bag so they can know what items go together they would not take them because they were not in containers when on the door it says laundry it let the white come and leave her items without her driver’s license. When it’s their Policy that you have to have it.
Worst store to go in would not rate this place at nothing customer service sucks I usually drive hour to go here but never again. These people are ridiculous. At end of day customers come and go I get it but they will continue to loose with their negative attitudes. Also ripping people that sell to them off for what they give you why not donate to kids in need.
This place is amazing!--I was so happy to find them local, when I moved states. And the staff is amazingly friendly and helpful!. Thank you all!
Love this store! We have twin toddlers so it can get expensive but once upon a child is a life saver in that category!! $130 altogether for a TON of outfits for them both and 4 pairs of shoes each! They've got clothes from $1!!! Shoes too! The nicer brands start at about $7-$10 for clothes a piece and shoes, which is still a REALLY great deal! Can't beat this place!
Just give your items away for free at shelters because these people will give you a $1 for a Nike outfit and sell it for $15, I wouldn’t recommend this store. The owner will give you the least then go hide and make a regular employee tell you what your items are worth. What a joke, but in reality if we don’t sell them our gently used items they can’t run their store. They are greedy and I will never return, how dare you rip the people off your profiting from… Clarksville IN
I've been in this store twice, the first time it was maybe 30 mins to closing time and I believe they wanted me to die in a slow, painful, excruciating death bc of it. The looks I received were painful. I knew right then they were ready to go...I get it bc I've been underpaid and miserable with life before so I turned around as unbothered and caught my cut. Chuck E Cheese across the road is always gladly accepting my money. I decided to give once upon a Child another chance. I actually went to find something very particular. I made sure I went a few hours prior to them closing, as I open the door the same people were working. There were not very many customers in the store. They weren't the friendliest people I've ever met in my life, but they were helpful when I asked for help. I would have given this location 4 and 1/2 Stars but considering I'm still trying to revive from the first visits death the stares I had to give them a three.
A+++++++ One of the best Once Upon a Child! Great management. It's always clean and organized. The staff is considerate, friendly, helpful and patient. Thanks for being here and making life easier with a large family! I always find several goodies for my kids. I love shopping for kids clothes though so it's fun!
I'd give zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service. The women in front were terribly rude. It was shocking!! The store was very cramped and had things piled high. I can tell you they lost 4 customers today. Their response is proof of how horrible they treat their customers. Further down you'll see a review that said they lie about events that occur in the store. Their response is further proof of that. It's a shame people can be so unnecessarily nasty to others.
This past weekend was our first time being in. I was very happy with the experience. My son needed clothes for daycare and home because he is growing so fast and we got 7 full outfits for $27! All the clothes looked brand new and several name brands too! I will definitely be back!
