Once Upon A Skirt

I usually have great experiences at this store however my experience today was not the best. I went in to make a return and the cashier let me know that I can look around for something else or get a store credit. I did not have time to shop today so I asked for a store credit. I made my purchase on 2/7 and my receipt states that I have 14 days to return for store credit. The cashier took a look at my receipt and said that my purchase was past the return date and that they no longer accept returns on shoes. Today is 2/20 which means I am still within the return window. I kindly brought that to her attention and she said that they still can’t accept my shoe return. I was not informed my shoes were final sale when I purchased them and my receipt did not say that shoes were excluded from their return policy. The shoes are brand new and never worn however the cashier would not honor the return. I loved this store , however I do not think I will be returning.

Don’t even try to shop here if you’re not a size 0. The larges are tiny, everything is completely overpriced, & the girls who work there are rude af. When I walk in there, it’s like I don’t exist. When I walk in with friends, my friends are always helped & asked if they need a fitting room & I’ll be carrying a bunch of clothes & I don’t even get acknowledged. Most likely because my friends are skinny & I’m curvy. Today was the last time I’ll ever go back in there. Such a negative atmosphere. Go to Windsor instead.

I love their variety of clothing. They have a million dresses in different styles and colors. Love this place. I was assisted by Taylor, she was absolutely amazing. Thank you, Taylor!

Cute store nice clothes. They give this cute mini pink tote bag as a shopping bag. They have super cute bodysuits. beware they don’t always have what the outfits they post on ig, if you live far from the store like me then I suggest you call before you go to be certain they have what you want.

This was my first time shopping at this store and the girl who helped me and I wish I can remember her name was amazing. She asked me where was I going and what I was looking for. I came out with 2 beautiful dresses and a pair of heels.

I love this store & their employees I had a bad day home bc I accidentally spilled makeup remover on my original dress, so I went here. Explained the situation to the girls & they were a kind all so kind to help me pick out a dress meanwhile I was in the fitting room trying out everything they gave me. I can not thank them enough bc they all got me out In less than 30 mins.

really cute clothes, have bought multiple outfits for events. Love their jewelry also. Sara the manager was also very kind and helpful with a very small issue that was taken care of quickly

I have shopped here for the past 4-5 years. Very friendly staff, nice clothes at affordable prices and the place is very clean. However the past month, I have had 2 weddings to go to and ordered some outfits online and it took almost 2 weeks to receive my order. After calling to complain twice, the owner finally contacted me and apologized but also a romper I ordered for the rehearsal dinner was now sold out and I by the time received my order, the wedding has passed. She did give me a discount though which ultimately didn’t so me any good. Then I went back there 2 weeks ago to get 2 rompers for another wedding. I took the item home only to find a huge hole on the side of the romper as if someone pulled out a security tag. Called the store who gave me the owners info, I emailed 3 times and of course, no response. Never shopping here again and will be deterring my friends from going as well.

Where do I begin. So I am a frequent shopper here, the staff has changed a little since I started coming here but the service is still great. I love finding new trends here for that special night out or that night with the girls or just because. Some of the clothes can be a little pricey but I learned to definitely tag them on any of my social media accounts and make sure to show them for a discount. They get new clothes in daily I believe so the assortment does change a lot. So if you see a piece you love on the Instagram make sure to run out and get it because the stock doesn’t last. They added a lot to there website page that you can order from as well. The staff comes with incredible fashion sense and has helped me put together pieces. They will always be a 5 stars for me because of the continuous customer service I receive there, and attention to detail. I have so many friends who always ask where do I get my outfits from and a smile comes over my face because I know the team there did it again for me. They are doing a great job here, keep up the excellent work, and kudos to management for hiring some really great staff.
