One Hour Heating and Air truly understands what exceptional customer service means. Our technician, Joshua, was the most professional, considerate, and thorough technician we have ever had at our house. He took time to explain what had happened, how it could have been prevented, and what he was doing to prevent system failures in the future. We are very happy to now be service contract members and I have complete confidence in our AC system that is running better than it has in years.

Just recently moved into a house that has an A/C unit that’s going on 20 years old, among other problems with home cooling.
Found these folks through a quick Google search and was greeted with a fabulous, “How can we help you save time today?” I explained my issue, and they told me they could have a technician come by later on in the day.
An hour or so later, I was told that they had a technician in the area and he’d be stopping by to take a look at the problem and do what he could to resolve it.
Dorian showed up soon after and got right to work isolating the problem, and offering various options with how to go about resolving our issues (said issues being that with the crazy summer weather, we’re lucky if we can get the house down to 77º).
I’ve got an appointment with one of their advisors tomorrow to figure out a plan ahead, and I’m pretty optimistic about the outcome.
Regardless of what happens there, Dorian was an outstanding guy to work with, and I’d highly recommend these folks if you’ve got A/C woes!
Update: Scott came out to see how they could help us cool down. Susie said he’d be here at 6:00 sharp, and I’ll be damned if he didn’t show up in front of the house at 5:50 and start walking to the door at 5:59.

These guys were phenomenal. I don't usually take the time to leave a review unless the service is absolutely excellent. I usually repair things myself but I had never had a gas furnace before. The technician who came to diagnose the problem, was kind enough to walk me through how the entire system worked from start to finish. He seemed very happy to teach me. He found several problems and eventually noticed the heat exchanger was cracked. He explained that replacing the current heat exchanger versus buying a whole new furnace would only be a difference of a couple hundred dollars. On top of that, I still had several other problems that would need to be fixed and the whole job would end up costing more than a brand new furnace. A salesperson came to the house the next day. He did not pressure me or try to upsell me. They were running a sale which meant I got a new AC unit free with the purchase of my new furnace. I thought there would be a catch when he showed me the final price. I was honestly shocked at how low the final price was. It was about $4,000 less than what I had predicted. They wasted no time installing my new furnace and AC unit. The job ended up taking them longer than they expected so they stayed until 10 at night in order to finish it. I thought that this was very professional of them to finish the job in one day rather than to come back the next day. The two technicians who installed the system were very courteous and helpful. This company really has everything right. Also, every person from the initial technician to the sales person to the installation technician were all early to the appointment. Great company from top to bottom. Don't use anybody else.

Michael came out to give us a estimate for a brand new system and was very knowledgable and answered all my many questions. He sat down and did a full calculation on our house, its size and what unit would work best for us. He determined that we didnt NEED to get a bigger system (which another company said we did just based on our sq footage). Mike's calculation took much more then that into consideration and said our size we had previously was fine. He went into great detail as to what they offer and all they're guarantees. I have no doubt that we would have been satisfied with their service. We did not end up using them, but through no fault of their own.

I had to call them 3 times. They arrived on time each time and was very professional and informative. They were very thorough with there inspection each time to let me know what was wrong and what might go wrong in the future. Would recommend them. Their maintenance plan saves you money.
