Stayed as part of wedding reception at same hotel. Great location for visiting Toronto. Excellent staff and hospitality for reception and dinner, for example, the hotel deployed several staff to guide the guests from the twelfth floor reception to the third floor banquet room through several different possible elevator banks and hallways.
Arrived late due to airline issues,was able to get club sandwich at the bar about 11:30 pm. Our lost luggage was delivered to the room while we were out after the airline delivery service finally showed up. Hotel handled all our special requests graciously.
Our suite room had a clothes washer and dryer and a dishwasher, small stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Hotel connects to the under ground PATH so could walk from Union station (UP train from airport) although navigation easier on street level.

I stayed here for 3 nights in two different rooms and found it to be an enjoyable stay. I appreciated the decor, and the size of the rooms. I also found the rooms to be in better condition than some other hotels downtown. The direct access to the underground PATH and metro is definitely a perk. There's a Starbucks conveniently located across the street and sit-down and fast food restaurants nearby. The lobby has a darker, old-school 'lounge' type of vibe I liked.
One room I was in had the 'Atrium View' which at least on the floor I was on may as well have been 'no view' since I was looking out into a very dark area on the inside of the hotel. In this room when I woke up in the morning I thought it was still dark out, despite the fact that it was bright and sunny outside. I would recommend a non 'atrium view' unless you don't mind a lack of natural light.

Beautiful room. Friendly staff. Despite them knowing there were 3 guests we were only given 2 sets of towels. The temperature control is in the main bedroom and so is the heater so when the door is closed, the guest on the pull out couch got incredibly cold. No extra linens in the room, had to be ordered up to the room. Only had valet parking which was $50 a night. The valets were very nice but would have liked the option to not have to rely on a valet service for the parking. Convenient location along The Path.

The customer service was great :) the rooms are beautiful and the bed was amazing. The rooms were great but the elevator was old actually was very old! The bar pop and water was so expensive! Bottle of water and can of pop 17$ the view from the room was pretty good. And it’s near nice restaurants. Overall I would stay at this place

My room was on the 11th floor in the historical tower. It was very well equipped and clean. Staff were all very friendly and the lobby atmosphere was unexpectedly hip and upbeat. I read a lot of reviews about amazing views and sadly, my room didn't have the same view. I guess it doesn't matter anyway since I didn't spend a whole lot of time other than sleeping in the room. Overall, I really liked the hotel and I'd definitely stay here again.
