One Parking

Good price for NYC. The staff were mostly nice. We checked out of our hotel at 9am but didn’t want to leave NYC until 5pm. They let us put our luggage back in our car so we can explore for the rest of the day, which was very kind. When we got to where the cars were parked, there was no direction from the staff there and we had to go find our car ourselves. The cars were parked so closely together that my husband had to climb through the back seat window to get to the driver’s seat to pull it forward enough to open the trunk. They watched us the whole time while we struggled. After we already started moving the car, they went and moved the car next to us. Very little customer service manners. Price was good for NYC though and it was right next to our hotel which was great.

1114 6th Avenue Garage LLC, firstly bad advertisement they will overcharged. They had a sign once you entered 29.57 all day. We had our car for 5 hours and they charged us 45 dollars, 15 dollars extra. Don't believe any sign outside the parking FALSE ADVERTISEMENT Employees' words “What can I do false propaganda. I can't do anything “

Horrible place. AVOID AVOID. I reserved a spot through SpotHero way in advance and this garage did not honor it because they were full. If you’re coming in for a Broadway Show - BEWARE! You may miss the show!

Giant dirt shoe print left on my seat. Price is decent, service was not too slow.

Worst parking : You will wait forever to get your car back. I’ve seen people waiting for longer then an hour to get their car back. This “city parking location keeps deleting their google maps business account, and they immediately open a new google maps account and post their location as a new business, thereby destroying all the previous bad reviews. The parking location across from them is much better and sometimes cheaper.

Very poorly organized. I was on line for over an hour in a very busy intersection. Seems very understaffed and poorly managed. No staff directs the entry traffic and it is chaos. Booked this garage thru a parking app. Never again. Train or nothing from now on.

Horrible experience with the car parking service. Encountered some challenges with unhelpful staff and observed reckless behavior near the ramp. No care for customers cars. Very unhappy.

While price is acceptable though I paid $10 extra for my SUV the worst part was the 2 hours of waiting time to get my car. This was on a Wednesday 7:00pm

Waited 2 hours to get our car, no system. Drivers speeding up the ramp, inches away from hitting people waiting on cars.
