I’ve never been mistreated and disrespected in my entire life. This place lacks respect and a good human treatment. The old guy that I tried to talk and get my car fixed, just treated like trash. I’ve never used this term in my life, because I don’t like playing the victim, but he Was RACIST! At the moment that I started speaking with him and he heard my accent, he was extremely rude. What’s going on in this world? People need to treat people as human beings. Enough is Enough. I will never never return to this place … the owner of this place should FIRE that employee. What it relieves in some kinda way is to know that skimming through other reviews state this awful experience as usual from his part.
I've been taking my cars to Carlo for at least 5 years now. He's always helpful and honest! Straightforward and gave me options for my older car when I didn't want to invest alot of money.
I was totally disrespected by a crazy employee of this place. I arrived early to do a tire change and wheel balancing service, but the shop was still closed. An employee arrived in a car honking non-stop for me to leave the place where I stopped. I tried to explain that I was looking for signs informing opening hours and that there were no signs indicating parking spaces for customers. This totally unbalanced employee offended me and yelled at me unnecessarily. I will never go back to that place again. If I was treated that way as a customer, can you imagine how they treat cars in this place?
Carlo is always on point with all car services, he goes above and beyond. No matter how far I lived I always drive to his shop for all my car inquiries.
Very shady, and directly lied about my car’s condition. My first car was bought here about a year ago, and honestly it was going quite well with little problems until recently, as it’s now not drivable due to horrible engine damage. When we first bought it, the owner had boasted to us that they had replaced all of the features around the engine so it ran like a top, including the time chain. It is now in a different shop being looked at, and I was informed that the time chain is almost completely streched to a very dangerous level. I asked if it was possible that the time chain was replaced when I got it, and the guy said and I quote “there is no way, on Gods Green Earth, that was fixed when you bought the car”. Overall super unreliable and sleazy, I wholeheartedly do NOT recommend this place for anything to do with your car. Save your vehicle and save your money.
I pulled into the right side of building where all cars for sale sit. I walked in inquired about inspection. Was told to wait in my vehicle as there was a car ahead of me. No problem. I then moved my vehicle to left side of the building where overhead doors are. To make it more convenient for guy to pull in to bay when ready. I was down the end of lot near the street and way out of the way. I sat there for about 5 minutes when one of the employees pulls a vehicle in from a test drive I assumed. He attempts to turn the vehicle around, backing into another parked vehicle. Another customer's vehicle. Boss man came out not happy. I rolled my window down to try and listen . Couldnt make out what was being said because i was to far away but heard driver say" I was watching that guy" gesturing to me, as i sat in my vehicle. As if I was blocking something. Dude had plenty of room. He was backing up and I was at his front. He probably should have been looking behind him. About 10mins later the American employee came out and said " why did you pull over here in the way? Your tires are gonna fail anyway so you might wanna get that taken care of first." I couldn't believe the balls he had blaming me for his coworkers incompetence. And tells me my tires will fail when I know they are fine. I said "ok I'll get tires see ya later." And i drove off. Went down street and got a sticker no problem. Take this review however you want but I won't be going back. Unfortunate because I been going here for few years now. And if boss man reads this you should think about getting employees some driving training and communication skills training.
I hope you enjoy your lunch I tried do business to support local, but those guys are racist, when he heard my accent he told me we are in lunch time now at 2:30pm, what’s the joke. Happy I didn’t give my money to them.
I've had my car inspected here twice, both times I got rejected for things that seemed unreasonable. They failed me for brakes both times that were so dangerous my brakes might give out if I drove the car off the lot. They told me they could replace the brakes, but I have my own mechanic so that wasn't needed. They seemed kinda frustrated that I didn't want them to do the repairs that based on feedback I got wasn't even needed. I get inspections aren't exactly money makers and the repairs are how they can make some money, but I wasn't digging this place. No one was rude but they gave off. "I'm inconvenienced by this kid asking for an inspection vibes".
I recently purchased a used car from One Stop Auto and couldn’t be happier. They were very easy to work with, extremely professional, and no hassle. Carlo, the owner, made sure I was totally satisfied. In fact, I had to come back for a minor repair and he welcomed me by name and once again, provided excellent service. I’m changing mechanics to One Stop Auto for all my cars going forward, and I highly recommend!
Honestly I didn't do business with them. There was an issue with my car granted mechanic but I don't know anything about cars and they were very hurry up kind of vibe. He was very rude but honest at the same time. I truly appreciate the honesty but bed side manner was horrible. As I was asking questions as he was filling out paper work telling me to leave key and take everything out my car cause if something magically disappears from my vehicle well in there possession they are not responsible. That made me feel even more uncomfortable about leaving my vehicle there. I stay out my car 3-4 days out of week so I have tons of personal things. Plus a bed t.v extra batteries and some are not removable. I just felt uncomfortable about the whole situation not saying that they aren't great mechanics just couldn't get past the rudeness
