One Stop Shell

Brought my car to this shell station to get an $37 inspection and was told I needed to get my brakes and rotors fixed for $1000. They said my car failed inspection; I had my breaks fixed less than 30,000 miles ago. No way the car should have failed. They were trying to take advantage.

Mechanics here are top notch...special thanks to Johan..he is friendly,courteous,knowledgeable and listens to your problems or issues with the car...good prices and repairs are done on a timely basis...shout out also to Rudy...thank you guys.

I had a front headlight problem. Brought it by and was quickly seen by a mechanic. He was great. Diagnosed and fixed the probem quickly at a fair price. Would have given 5 stars but the manager was not friendly. Didn't smile. Didn't say "thank you" or "you're welcome." Getting a repair is a stressfull situation. It helps when all staff make at least a minimal effort to be friendly....

I had to have my car towed there so I had no choice and I felt your prices to be very very high even with the discount. But I was stuck and I had no choice. The person I spoke to Mr Rudy was very respectful

Visiting Brooklyn from Virginia, car parked on street, Sunday morning needed AAA as my battery was dead. Worried if 1 AAA would have my battery and 2 be able to put it under the back seat due to covid restrictions. One stop AAA man called minutes after call to AAA dispatch, and said he'd be there in 10 minutes. He was. He was great. Took care of everything, my customer service experience could not have been better. Thanks so much!

Great prices, awesome service, friendly staff and they even have a pet parrot as entertainment! Just don’t try to grab his or her tail!

This facility is also an accredited AAA Provider. Writing a review of the AAA service provided on 10 Sep 2020 by NASH. I called AAA, and within 15 minutes ONE STOP 86 SHELL came to my aide. My battery was tested, and jump started. I decided to replace the battery unit. ALL SAID and DONE in less than 20 minutes. Thank you for the great service. Stay Safe!

The managers are nice but whoever was working on my car was terrible. It took them two weeks to fix my car, they over charge me, they messed up my fuel gauge and damage inside my car. They should be responsible and fix what they broke.

Received excellent and honest service here: tow truck operation for AAA was prompt, courteous and professional. They even went a little out of their way to drop me off at my kid's soccer game on the way to their shop. When they diagnosed the problem on my van they noticed that the problem part fuel pump looked new and they asked if it might be under warranty at the dealer? Yes, it was, and so they charged me a fair price to then tow to dealer, and a fair price for having looked at it. I cannot yet recommend their repair work, but based on these two interactions with them, I would happily return to them with confidence. Thank you Rudy, Khan and the One Stop team!

Had a flat tire off of the Belt Parkway tonight. Got off the exit. Called Triple A. They called in a tow truck immediately for me. The tow truck driver won't name names without permission got there quickly. Great guy. Very professional. Overall, great experience. I highly reccomend this company.
