New management and aesthetic improvements have turned this condominium building around! Updated large recreation deck with covered dinning areas, fire pits, new pickle ball and tennis courts. The OWT units are exceptionally large most with water views and large lanais. The best kept secret in Kakaaako is now out!

First off, I have been living here for almost 5 months and it is by far the worst luxury condo I have ever lived in. RULES RULES and more RULES, if you enjoyed living with your parents then you will enjoy living here. The security screens absolutely every one of your visitors to the point where you find yourself signing in everyone. The property manager, Mr. Sterling speaks to you in a condescending manner and will make you feel like they are his buildings. You are only allowed 3 guests in the pool and cabana areas, so don't plan on actually inviting anyone over because you will have the gestapo security kicking you out and completely embarrassing you in front of your guests. Do not buy here and do not rent here. There are plenty of other nicer condos in the area that actually know how to treat you, take your money elsewhere!

Residents are friendly. Pool area and jacuzzi is small. Bbq area has overhead coverage per party, perfect for privacy while eating.

Units are large and spacious. Layout make it feel more like a home than an apartment/condo. Maintained to a level you would never guess it's age.

Lots of good food short to downtown Honolulu and Aloha Tower and Harbor view.

Lots of businesses here, lots of eating places, open out door bar and much more, check it out!
