One12 Courtland

You'd think they'd do something as simple as cleaning the elevators, but no... they are filthy and smell like cigarettes. Come on One12 you can do better. Don't treat your residents like they live here for free.

Don’t listen to the good reviews. They are friends or family of workers. Even though I never lived here, I can tell how bad it is.

Dont move in. Good area but workers are terrible. I was literally booted because of no communication from one12 and I HAD TO PAY. I had a parking pass and they NEVER told me it expired then lied to me about telling me. I cancelled it and they were no help at all. They take money over and over again... cant wait to move to aspen.

The building is nasty, roaches everywhere!!! Also, the toilet water is connected to all the water system, so when u take a shower that’s toilet water or when you brush your teeth it makes you want to vomit!
