American General, Springleaf, now One Main, we've been with these people for over 20 years, we've always made our payments, just paid off a loan almost 13000.00. Then my husband goes and tries to get a loan to buy some furniture to surprize me on my birthday and ONE MAIN took over 4 days to give him a answer, then they couldnt give us the money we wanted to borrow. He would call and i called several times and they treated us like dirt it was like a joke to them, when i called they were laughing and having a great time, then when we wanted to borrow a certain amount they always went to a lower amount, this was very unprofessional and very rude on their part, they tell you call back in one hour nothing another hour nothing, went on for four freaking days, nothing but hell these last four days, i would never give them a dime of hard working money, they can go straight to hell

This company is very understanding and professional i have been using this company for a very long time and always found them to be very helpful and great to do business with and Mary the manager has been wonderful.Thank you
