Cynthia did an excellent job of expediting my application for a second loan. I brought acceptable documentation of my income similar to my original loan, which enabled me to be approved in one short visit. It was a relief to walk away knowing that the funds would be credited to my bank the very next day.

They tell you that your preapproved then they asked you for all this information and they say your approved with a secured loan, you give them all that is needed to get the secured loan and then they come back and tell you that sorry we can’t approve you because of your credit history but after the pre approve you and you call them they say the ran your credit and underwriting took three days to say you weren’t approve then why the hell did they say you were approve

Not very good. They know you pay on time and you make credit with them, approve you for another loan then once you call the office you are denied. Took out a 3 year loan with them and it has been only a year and in two months i'm done paying, not only do I pay more than the minimum payment but I also pay extra every two weeks. Thought that this would make me have more credit with them, instead they make u believe you are approve MORE THAN ONCE then run your credit AGAIN when you call the office and tell you that you are not approve. Not happy with the customer service skills at all neither.

Great customer service. fast loan, rates a little on the high side.
