We offer a unique private shopping experience for your Prom, Pageant, Military Ball, or other formal social occasion....plus shoes and accessories!

Story

From the moment you step foot into our modern and elegant showroom, you’ll know you’re about to experience something special! Our environment is casual and fun—we want your shopping experience to be as special as your event.

The typical special occasion appointment lasts one hour. When you arrive, we will discuss your event, style preferences and budget. We will then assist you in selecting several different dresses to try on to find “the one".

We also have immediate access to the full inventories of all of our designers and can work with you to find the perfect dress that you will absolutely love. We offer honest opinions to help you make your choice!

We register dresses for every occasion and will not sell the same style in the same color for the same event.

The staff is outstanding. We came in twice because my daughter wasn’t sure which dress she wanted. They were so helpful, patient, and kind. They really took the time to help us and listen to what my daughter was looking for in a dress. She loved the dress that she ended up choosing. My niece and I went in to find a dress for the Marine Corps ball. After trying on many beautiful dresses that Steve and Lauren picked out for her, she ended up with the one she had originally bought from another store. Steve assured her that this was the dress for her. He even steamed it and gave her a dress bag. Just like the dresses, the customer service is beyond fabulous. I highly recommend this store for any young lady trying to find the perfect dress. Thank you Steve! She was the Belle of the ball!
Go here first!!!…and save yourself having to drive all around town hoping to find your dress. Steve and his entire staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and so helpful! They are great at suggesting styles/colors if you’re not sure what you want, and they know their merchandise so well if you already have a look in mind.
This was my daughter's first stop to find her prom dress, she found a dress we put $300 on the dress and now unfortunately my daughter will not be attending her prom due to a family emergency, we talked to the owner and Michelle texted is and we asked for a refund and they said they don't do refunds on layaway orders. I understand your policy but what's the big deal of giving someone their money back on a layaway order? So now we are out of $300 My advice if you go here for a dress make sure that's what you want because if not you're gonna be out of luck for your money.
The staff was awesome ! I told them exactly what I wanted and less than 20 minutes I found a great dress for the military ball. They were helpful and very nice group of people.
It was such an easy process and the staff were all so helpful! My daughter picked out the dresses she liked, the attendant set her up in a dressing room and continued to bring different sizes as needed. My daughter found her dress in about an hour and was completely happy with our purchase! We would highly recommend Online Formals!
I I highly plus recommend this store to anyone!!! I was able to find both my change out dresses for my wedding... The owner is very honest with each dress I tried on so they won’t just sale you anything And the best part is the prices
I just will like to give OnlineFormals a 10 out of 10 Five isn’t enough. Michelle and the rest of the staff were so patient and willing to make my daughters prom day nothing but amazing.. We Initially went to Rage for a dress however they’re behavior was the worse so we left . I will forever purchase all my dresses from this establishment. The customer service , willingness to engage with customers and the genuine respect is definitely 10’s
The owner and staff at Online Formals is amazing. I have three daughters and ever since we discovered this fabulous store, we have been making the hour plus drive whenever one of my girls needed a formal dress for a dance. The owner has always been extremely helpful and the staff are very patient with my indecisive girls. We won’t go anywhere else.
Steve and crew were so incredibly helpful finding me the perfect dress with the perfect fit. They saw my vision and hit the nail on the head—with sequins!!
