Welcome to heaven! I love this place so much, I almost don’t want to share it. It’s a smaller place, yet we had our own little room. I don’t even have the words to express how wonderful this place is. The staff there could not be better. Our food was so good. We had the pulled port sliders, a vegetarian stir fry we tofu that tasted like pure deliciousness. Little shop with awesome stuff. So very great. Hi David!!!
Its my first time here. Staff are friendly and the good service is quick. The food is delicious. Recommend trying their specials.
Always an enjoyable meal. My wife and I have picked up from here several times, including once on her birthday. We usually order the King Kamehameha Meal, and everything from the pot stickers to the beef are excellent. We look forward to coming back soon.
It's easy to miss this gem, so it is worth giving it the create it deserves. The food was incredible, and that is an understatement. The quality of the food was spectacular and the juice options were oversized to true enjoyment. Next time in the area, I will be stopping by again.
When you are far away from home and you need your home fixings ono kine grindz will always come in clutch! Will make that drive from West Bend to Wauwatosa!
Just ate there today it was amazing food took me back to my childhood growing up in Hawaii a must go spot
Checkout a bit chaotic tonight but this is hands down THE BEST Hawaiian or Polynesian themed restaurant in Wisconsin. Laulau is to die for! Great pog and carrot-pineapple salad. Only thing missing is poi. Shop contains a Hawaiian grocery store and clothing for sale. A wonderful place to eat. David and Guy have been running this place for over a decade and always make guests feel at home.
Staff is super friendly, service is quick, and food is wonderful. Obviously the kahlua pork and char siu chicken are the best, but don't forget a slice of cake as well. There's also a wide selection of items at the market I would have difficulty finding elsewhere - butter mochi mix, sauces, drinks, macadamia nuts, etc.
Tonight's dinner at Ono Kine Grindz was incredible. Every entre on the menu is great. I particularly love the Lomi Lomi. If you have never had the sweet potato dessert, you should be running to grab a piece while it is in! A sweet potato dessert on a macadamia crust topped with a delicious coconut. wow. On top of it the staff are the kindest people. Left with a few gifts and Hawaiian goodies as well.
The King Kamehameha, offers a sampling of dishes, each one better than the last. Waitstaff and owner were very friendly and attentive. Set in an old Wauwatosa bungalow is cute, but tiny- only 5-6 tables.Food: 5/5
