Outstanding personal experience with a great company. Scott spent over an hour analyzing our computer and then recommended one of their refurbished computers because of the slow, outdated processor and corrupted hard drive on our existing machine. What a difference in performance at half the price of a new computer! Their warranty is the same as new computers which gave us confidence in our purchase. They cloned everything over from our old computer perfectly and it was a seamless transition to the new computer. Highly recommend this business!

Scott and his crew have been great. I've had computers repaired and I've purchaced several pieces of reconditioned technology from him, including a laptop and a projector. They are honest folks! Highly recommend.

Updated review: I bought a refurbished laptop from here and initially had some issues that they worked to resolve. Scott Henke, the owner, reached out to me to resolve it. I still think supporting a small business is the way to go.

My wife, Jamie, had an issue with her business computer. It was suffering from the CPU overheating which made it so she could not conduct business. Micro Center offered to LOOK at the PC in NINE days. Onsite Consulting got it all done within ONE day. Scott and his employee were very helpful in resolving the issue and were very easy to talk to. We would highly recommend them to anyone with computer issues.

I had new and open box laptops bought from Best Buy and Micro Center die on me in matter of months with no free support and expensive repair costs. From Onsite, i was able to get 2 laptops for my kids with free tech support and repairs for a year included without extra cost for less than half of what I would pay at other stores for same.
