Ontario Bakery

I've been coming here for years buying cake pops, cinnamon rolls, you name it. I've even been buying my daughters' birthday cakes here every year But today a male worker cursed out my husband for "parking in his spot" in front of my four year old. So disrespectful, I wish my husband videotaped it to show the kind of workers they have here. We will NEVER buy from this business again, and will recommend everyone I know to do the same.

Cakes are delicious but just make sure they give you the right serving size as when I got the cake I was told it would it would serve 25 or more people and then when I got there they told me it would only serve 18 to 20 people.

1st time there i wasnt impressed so much. 2nd time i went and bought something, it was ok, nothing out of the ordinary. 3rd time i tried a cake pop which i thought was good and considered going back (which i did). And that was my 4th time and last. The other times ive walked into an empty shop and was weekly greeted but not this time. I was there for about 10 minutes or more before the vendor acknowledged my presence and that was just because other clients walked in and made a crowed. Even then i was still not attended until a lady came from out back. I bought a couple of items which ended up being dry and frosting was about rock hard. I also noticed one of the items was days old (which i then see they all were, judging from texture and taste). While i was in my long wait i also noticed the cakes that were already made had what seemed to be DRY/HARD frosting. This place need a clean too. I know i already mentioned this but i will NOT be going back, especially because my husband also experienced this LACK of service and taste.
