I have been dealing with Ontario Medical Supply Inc. for the past 20 years. In this time they have always provided excellent service. They have consistently demonstrated professionalism in a friendly and caring manner. I am very confident in recommending OMS to others.

Tried for three days in s row to have a bed picked up. Each day I was assured they would be coming, but they never showed. I had a neighbor waiting each day. I’m still waiting. I’ve never had dealings with such an unprofessional business. I DO NOT recommend this company!

Booked a week in advance for a pickup of the equipment I rented back in January, on February 22 no one showed up, I called at 5 p.m and was told that yes I was booked for a pickup but no one assigned to go to my residence. Brilliant!!! Customer service puts me on hold then comes back and tells me dispatch will call you back to tell you if they are coming today or what they will do. The store closes at 5:30 but I guess the dispatcher's answer to me the client by not calling me back as I was told they would, was their answer, we are not coming today and I'll let you guessing if someone shows up the next day to pick up the equipment. Great service, not.

Great service. Thank you Nick for your great help for delivering and setting up a medical bed for my Dad. He was able to do a great job in a highly professional manner. 5 stars and beyound.

Staff was really rude, unhelpful and refused to order a product I needed. They order every other size of the product from that company but refused to place an order for the size I require even though I was willing to wait until their next shipment. I really didn't want to shop at shoppers home health but now I'm forced to.
