Wow what a great place! 15 degrees out today and my heater blower motor goes. I call 3-4 places and no one can help. Then I call Ontario and guess what they say... gimme an hour and I’ll pull the part and you can come grab it. Awesome service, great guys and very reasonably priced!! 5out of 5 stars for sure!

The fellas at OTP helped me get the correct front 4x4 propeller shaft for our older 1998 Chevy plow truck on a moment's notice before a big storm that was forecasted to come in overnight. Went out of their way to hang out past quitting time to help me. If that's not great customer service, I don't know what is! Reasonably priced used part as well. 5 stars!

I purchased a Chevy 6.0 liter motor from Ontario Truck Parts and it was perfect and its running in my 2003 Chevy Silverado HD 2500 Wayne took care of me and i recommend this company to anyone that is looking for the best auto parts in NY State.
