OnTrac

My package was not delivered to my address. Reviewed my surveillance cameras and saw the driver come around the corner, stop at the first houseno numbers on this house because they are remodeling and set my package on their porch. Two doors down and across the street from my home. Then he drove past our home that has large visible numbers.

OnTrac is truly and consistently the WORST COURIER ever. This is based on 5-6 years of observation, not based on a few. With OnTrac, there is some kind of delivery issue 90% of the time. The most recent and utterly ridiculous issue is that their driver has been leaving a box on top of our callbox! The attached picture isn't the worst either. Today, they left a box 3 times the size of he callbox on top of it. It's really absurd. Anyone with common sense would know not to do something that ridiculous. I wish retailers would stop using OnTrac period. Every time a retail store uses OnTrac, I call them and ask them to never ship my order with OnTrac.

I cannot believe how negligent and *bad* OnTrac is a shipping and logistics company. Two extremely valuable deliveries were delayed not once, but twice, each, and the second delivery was actually damaged enough that I had to obtain a refund for the part from the company that sold it. I will *never* do business with any company that uses OnTrac for shipments and logistics, ever again.

Definitely the worst shipping company to exist. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered on a Thursday. Package said it got delayed so I waited. Monday came around and still hadn't been delivered. Called them and could only talk to a person by entering a tracking number. Was told that package was still at the facility but should have an update soon. 3 days later the shipping changed to delivered the previous Thursday. Tried to call and use the same tracking number but was told it was invalid. Package was never delivered and cannot get a hold of a person. Do not ship with this company as they will most likely lose your package. Would give 0 stars if possible

Customer service is so bad! I checked on my item status and it said that it was being held. I found that this was due to my apt number being left off the shipping address. I submitted a request to correct the address, but that was never responded to and a few days later I used the live chat to get help. The customer rep said that I needed to have the seller reach out to them to update the address, which I did, and they did, but then OnTrac then said that they returned the package per the sellers request and refused to help me further or provide any more information. I have email confirmation that the seller updated my address for them, but OnTrac is giving me a different story. They returned my package without even bothering to respond to my original request of address update until after I chatted with a rep. The first rep I chatted with told me that I just needed to update my address, and once I did, they returned the package and then just shut me out. Not very professional or helpful at all! Talking with an agent was like talking to a brick wall.

My Shein package was delivered by OnTrac. Everything came in perfectly fine and I had some screen protectors and other stuff that’s fragile and everything came perfect. I was very afraid that the package was not going to be delivered because of the reviews but thankfully everything came in in perfect condition. Nothing was missing and they delivered it neatly I saw the dude put it carefully on my porch. Hopefully this helps for other people that might be scared like I was. Another thing I did was text them instructions because my address is kind of hard to find but luckily my instructions helped.

I have never used this company’s shipping service, but this review is more geared towards their drivers. My 2 year old and I were outside playing catch and her ball ended up rolling out to the street. Luckily she didn’t run after it, but there was a large truck parked on the road in front of us, so there was no way the driver of the OnTrac van could have saw us. Thankfully, the driver took caution and slowed way down once she saw the ball in the road. So so grateful for this driver being aware of her surroundings and driving cautiously through a residential area. I wish I got her name, but she was a young lady with dark hair driving in the Roy area at 7pm on 9/29/22. I hope she gets recognized for this!

Zero stars. They delivered my package on Thanksgiving and the picture shows they left it on a door that is not mine. I’ve had this company’s drivers steal packages in the past. How they are still allowed to operate is unbelievable. If I order from someone who uses this courier I make sure to never have it delivered to my home and I pick it up at a store instead. I called OnTrac customer service and talked to a real person who just repeatedly said to call the company I purchased from. She took no responsibility for OnTrac and didn’t even try to say she would talk to the driver or even identify what happened. Clearly OnTrac makes a business of having companies absorb the cost of OnTracs misplaced packages. Corrupt and dishonest courier.

Zero stars. Package tracking shows delivery, but no package. Also shows signature, but we were out of town that day and the office where we are was closed at the supposed delivery time - 10:20 PM. Who delivers that late? At least the company I purchased from sent a replacement shipment....via OnTrac, so who knows if I'll get it.

This company doesn't even deserve one star. Every package that has been shipped to me with OnTrac has not been delivered as proclaimed! This last package was listed as delivered to the Mail Room. Th we received are signs all over the mail room instructing delivery deiverd not to leave packages there. Wen I checked the mail room no package was found. It was either porch pirated or not really delivered. I am thankful that the vendor I use easily replaces shipments but I wish they wouldn't use OnTrac at all. By far the worst delivery company!
