Kicking my package onto the driveway when my porch is less than 10ft away. I can’t upload a video but he tossed it onto the driveway and kicked it “into place” and left. I’m lucky I didn’t back over it leaving to get my kids from school. This is consistent with the care OnTrac provides. I’ve had so many experiences like this with this company.

ZERO STAR!!!! On the tracking history it says they attempted to make the delivery but facility was closed. We were still in the facility lights on and all cars outside. They lied no attempt was made. They marked the package as delivered the next day. Which is funny because the time they delivered the package the facility was closed. No one was there. Called customer service since I didn't get any package. Customer service said they did an investigation and show that package was delivered successfully and for me to contact my seller. Worst delivering service ever. Never had this happen to me from any other delivering service.

If I could rate this company 0 stars, I absolutely would. I've had the unfortunate experience of 3 of my packages getting this horrible company. The first time, it was lost. The second time actually made it to the office because my shipment had to be refunded and sent again. The 3rd time, they left it out on the parking lot and if not for a friendly neighbor, my package would've been lost or stolen. And here I am, having to have an unfortunate 4th time because my company refuses to ship with anything but OnTrac. My advice? If you can change your shipment company or see that your delivery is using OnTrac, cancel or switch if you can. You'll spend the whole shipment time worrying if you'll even receive your package, then be stressed when your package is lost and having to be resent. If I could stop using this company, I absolutely would.

Zero starts. No accountability. Package not delivered, yet tracking claims exact time of delivery. Address on package was correct. Door bell camera does not show a delivery. Driver supposed to snap a picture of the package and attach to tracking. No picture taken in this case. OnTrac said basically, "welp the tracking says delivered. It's not our problem, it your problem, and the seller's problem". Look at all these reviews. Good luck staying in business. Delivering packages is not hard. Get it right.

Terrible. They left my 11 pound package on top of the mailbox on the street with the box wide open and damaged. My mailbox isn't that strong. Unbelievable. Look at their feedback this company is a joke. They lied and said they left it on the porch. This company is pathetic.

I paid for expedited shipping, package was supposed to arrive yesterday but it didn't because the driver said the delivery area was inaccessible, which it wasn't; there is an intercom. So I received an email saying that delivery would be "attempted" tomorrow. Well as of 9:30AM the status was changed to "held" and that they are reaching out to the shipper for further instructions. So no second "attempt" at delivering the package is being made? I mean look at all these other reviews!? How can you be this terrible at something that really isn't that hard to do??? Ridiculous

Put simply. OnTrac has never actually delivered a package to me. But, they report to the retailer that they have. Anything that OnTrac has ever, “allegedly” delivered to me has ended with a credit card dispute for “never received”. Not sure why companies continue to hire them to not deliver their products?

Spirit airlines of parcel delivery. 5 days late already, and for the last 5 days at 6:02 they’ve been auto updating the tracking with the following day listed as the new estimated delivery date. Package has been sitting at the local DC since the day before it was due to be delivered, and it hasn’t moved since. Update: customer service sent a generic email template with my name and tracking # referenced that said “sorry it’s late we have no update on status.”

I ordered a package through Walmart’s website over a week ago and was told it would be delivered by 12.2.2022. It is a package that is important to me and my family and quick delivery was the only reason we bought it from them. I got the tracking number through OnTrac and was excited to receive this until, they delayed it due to weather, not once but three times in three days. Mind you the last three days have had great weather. When I called today the phone number told me that my property was inaccessible which is absolutely untrue. This company is ridiculous and has caused a lot of trouble for me and my family. I have reached out to ontrac, Walmart and the original seller on with zero response from any of them. I will update this if things get solved but until then it will remain a 1 star review.

This was the first package OnTrac says it delivered to my front door and was never delivered. Now I'm having the same problem with another package I bought from another store, again saying it was delivered, when it never was!! I have a ring camera on my front door and on my back door, so no one delivered my packages, OnTrac is stealing all my deliveries and saying it was delivered!! I have never had a problem like this with any other delivery service, this is ridiculous!! First order that OnTrac stole and I never got my money back because the company claims it was delivered: D10013264660993 from SHEIN Second order that was stolen by OnTrac: C11890551520688 from Victoria’s secrets!! In this second order Victoria's Secret informed me that my package wouldn't arrive until the 5th of November and I checked my mailbox every day, so now ontrac says it was delivered to the front door on the 31st of October, How was it delivered before the store date? This is a lie, it was never delivered, I checked my camera recordings and no one showed up there!!!! Where are my packages???????
