I had cataract surgery done just this past week. The entire team was competent and caring. I was made to feel as at ease as was possible and the results so far are excellent. I am very happy with the service. If I need the other eye done I will not hesitate to return.

Very poor customer service. I have been trying to reach them for over two weeks to order contact lenses. I have left multiple messages with their machine and with the operator for OCB, but still no call back. At this point will take my business elsewhere, even if it means paying out of network.

Time wasted. The frontdesk clerks are very incompetent. Took a full 60 minutes for them to figure out my insurance, even after I had the insurance representative talk to them directly. Not to mention they charge 1.5x the regular prices -- If you have time and money to spare this is your place--
