Had a great experience working with stylist named Lelani. Good sense of humor and able to get me into a pair of Tom Ford glasses for fraction of what it could have been. Of course, vision insurance helped too.

Seven months ago, I had a very bad experience with an optician at their Liberty St SE store. So today, needing my frames adjusted, I stopped in at their Commercial St S store in order to avoid the man this time. I found out they rotate their employees around when the same man came out to help me. I told him no, I didn’t want to talk to him and he remembered me. He went around the corner, but returned, lowered his mask to angrily tell me my frames were no longer covered under warranty. What? He had no idea why I was there and I no longer had those frames. I had new ones purchased elsewhere. He just wanted to yell at me and be rude again. This man is a lousy ambassador for your store. I called management to complain and they recommended that next time I should call ahead to avoid this guy. No, I’ll just not be back!

Been going to here since I was a kid to see Dr. Paluska. Really friendly, cordial and personable. Appointments are usually efficiently done, but rarely rushed. Has a decent selection of styles of frames. Not extensive, but I've always been able to find a pair I liked.
