Been coming here since I was a little girl , my whole family has been a patient forever , and not once have they disappointed , very informative, very welcoming & very kind , from the receptionist to the doctor. Brought my husband here for an eye emergency 5 minutes before closing & they attended him ! 10/10 Great pricing as well !

Have been going to Dr Pineda since i got my first pair of glasses at 4 years old. He is very personable, professional and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable stepping into his office and knowing im going to get good service.

Dr. Pineda was great very professional and talkative person! Breaks down all parts of the eye and explains to the patient! As for the front desk... Very good and friendly crew! Miss Liz & Melissa went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my DITA FLIGHT 006 glasses !! Would rate the place 10 stars x10 but that’s not an option!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I've been coming to this location for years and the staff is always very professional and got my eye exam done quickly as well. The staff also went above and beyond to make sure my insurance went through. Definitely giving this location 5 Stars, well earned.

This business was really nice. Though it's hard to have a child friendly place for vision, this one had a children's movie playing on their flat screen. While I was looking at glasses, my 2 and 3 yr old were entertained. The doctor was very nice and informative. He actually cares about his patients. He did not rush through the eye exam and makes sure you don't have any questions or concerns. Before getting my eye exam done the receptionist verified the amount I was paying and for which services just in case I wanted a glasses exam only. I chose both glasses and contact exam and the price was only $119! FOR BOTH! I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

First time stepping into Optic Vision, and had what I felt the best experience ever. As a walk in, just to get information about an eye exam and see the frames they had. I was able to get the eye exam within five minutes of being there. And was able to be assisted by there helpful staff in choosing frames. Nice selection in frames at great prices. A pleasant process in updating and upgrading my vision needs. Awesome job Optic Vison and thank you again.

Love it here! Been going to them for 10 yrs. Great variety of frames, and affordable prices! The staff is new, which can use a Lil bit more training. Besides that I always have a great experience each time. I even take my kids there, and have referred a few friends. They like it there as well.

Love this place! The staff are wonderful and the doctors work with you to make sure you get exactly what you need. Have had issues with contacts and they have taken the time to make sure I have the perfect fit for a difficult prescription. I would recommend them to anyone!

I love Dr. Fabio's grand service if I'd be rating the doctor alone I'd give him a 20 star rating. I've been coming to this place for about 20 years. Never once has he failed me as a doctor in his professionalism. Today I had the displeasure of one of his front desk staff to be rude, unprofessional and with a high lack of etiquette and class. Her name was Vannessa she is of short statue with blonde high lights in her hair. She had poor customer service and refused to give me my records because I had lost my glasses in the ocean yesterday. Denied me my legal right to access of my records. Denied me the model number of the glasses I recently bought 2 or 3 months ago. And then when I requested to see similar glasses to the ones I had, just in a different color. I took a few pictures of them on me and in my hand and she snatched them out of my hand and said I wasn't allowed to take pictures. She was very rude. I'd like to thank the other lady at the front desk and Doctor Fabio for being professional and courteous with grand customer service.
