I love it here!!! I came to get a pair of much needed glasses here about two weeks ago and the process was effortlessly seamless. I was first met with Michael who helped me find what pair I liked most within my price range. He was very well mannered and attentive to my specific needs. Coming back, to get them re-adjusted, I was met with Raul. He helped me get them to the just right, perfect fit. Very nice customer service from Raul, and I could tell that he was genuinely a good guy just from the few conversations I had with him. Everyone one here is very helpful and good at what they do. I would highly recommend Optical Masters!!!!
I got an eye exam here in January. Paid for it. At the time I wasn’t sure if I wanted to order glasses. I left with my Rx. I tried to order glasses online as I have always done and they did not put my pupil distance measurement on my paperwork. I called and was told to just come in and they’ll take that measurement. I take time off of work to drive there and when I arrive I’m told that will be an additional $20. So I paid for an eye exam that is incomplete of information which I now cannot use to purchase glasses. Do not go here. It’s not worth the headache on top of the not service.
When I walked in the doors, I loved the vibe instantly! Every one of the staff were very cordial and proffesional. Liz and Josh were wonderful and had a genuine willingness to understand my situation and help me. There's also an abundant selection of creative frames. This experience was better than I had hoped for! I'll DEFINITELY be back! Thanks a million Optical Masters!
This review is long overdue. 5-star service, hands down. Superior service from the staff, management and everyone in-between. I will only come to Optical Masters for my glasses and vision needs and have been since 2013. Michelle the manager runs a great shop. Luxe quality and service. Thank you!
Just wanted to give a shout out to these guys! Thank you Robin and Mike. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I scratched my cornea Tuesday night and my doctor told me I can’t wear my contacts for at least a couple of weeks. After contacting many places, no one could get me glasses same day or even the same week. My friend Libby told me try these guys and I went in there, got what I needed UNDER my budget in less than an hour. It was worth the hour long drive from Boulder, where I live. And they had a big selection for my price range. I definitely recommend them!
I wanted a new place to get my glasses and was so happy that I came to Optical Masters!! I was blown away by the exceptionally nice staff! Michael was very knowledgeable about all of this glasses and was very patient with me!The manager was so kind to me too! I would recommend everyone go to them! They are totally awesome! I hàd a fabulous experience with this company just yesterday afternoon. My glasses are ready within 12-24 hours. Can't wait to pick them up. Very helpful/knowledgeable staff. Prompt service and attention, no pressure to buy anything you're not sure of. Love this place.
Super nice people with a great selection and so willing to work with me as I smashed my glasses halfway across the country and couldn't finish the trip without eyewear. Such a great choice for me to get what I needed in am unexpectedly fast manner. I was in and out in about 2 hours, incl. an eye exam <3
My boyfriend was in the hospital and unfortunately he lost his glasses. He has a very high eye prescription his eyes are horrible! I called around and everyone told me 2-3 weeks and when I called these guys they said they can do it within an hour. I went in that same day with his prescription and they got it done within 45 minutes and got a great deal. Shout out to them for saving the day with such short notice. I highly recommend this place! The staff could not have been more helpful in every phase of my experience.
