Optical Vision has the latest in eyewear fashion and exceptional service. I have been going to this store for a number of years and the costumer service has been splendid. The Doctor takes his time with you and goes over every detail of your eye exam, you could ask all the questions and he will answer with patience. The owner has a wide selection of frames and the prices are better than any other optical I have visited. Trust me when I say this “you won’t find a better price” in addition the care the staff shows towards your particular needs is what makes this store special.

Best optometrist I've ever been to. The main guy is very patient, very mild, and generally a joy to be around. The staff is friendly and attend you well. The place itself is spacious and clean, with a large variety of frames. Not all frames are covered by insurance though. You'll have a very pleasant experience here, guaranteed.

This place is the best Optical in Jersey , they have a great staff everyone’s sweet & always willing to help you. Even if they don’t take your insurance they will sometimes know of another optical & will guide you to them. They have all brands such as Ray ban , dolce gabbana , Gucci , Prada , polo , Nike , puma , Tom Ford etc. I always come here with my family, we definitely recommend it!

I came in here with my wife about two weeks ago and the service was first rate, second to none. Very pleasant staff. And even the optometrist was so nice. Guaranteed I will come back here again for my next check-up/frames. When I have a good/bad experience at a store, I make sure to give them my feedback on review sites - 5 stars for Optical Vision. I hope they continue to be family run. Frames are a tad pricy, but overall the store is excellent.

Racist as hell. And the people that work the front desk have nasty attitudes. Don't waste your time.One day, I went into the store and showed them my defective glasses and I was told there was nothing wrong them, which is basically their way of saying it's not their problem. So I kindly asked the girl at the front desk to elaborate on why I could not get a discount another pair since I just bought the glasses less than a month ago. She said it showed signs of "abuse". I said "How"? Right away, she began to get overly emotional. " You don't believe me? Fine." Then she MARCHED to the back of the store to get the manager. I'm standing there like what the hell? So the manager walked up to me already annoyed. No good morning or nothing. He just said with an abrasive tone, “we can't take this”. If we give it back to the manufacturer they won't give us credit". Mind you, I paid damn near $200 for these glasses in the first place. Now they're telling me that there is nothing they can do because it is not to their benefit. Wow. But the funny thing is, I'm not even mad at that. I'm mad at the fact that they treated me like I was being difficult in the first place. All I asked for was a better understanding of the "abuse" claim. But no. She smacked her teeth, rolled her eyes and ran to get her manager. What's all that for? Black peopleAmerican, Afro latinos, etc. Don't come here. They'll accept our money. But We're not welcomed. Just browsing around the store gets them triggered. On more than one occasion, I got stared down. Followed. Rushed to hurry up. I was the only in the storeKeep in mind, this store is small. So imagine how obvious and unsettling it is. I don’t know why I put up with this place for as long as I did. But no more. WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? What dog? The frame was defective. And i find it funny yet not surprising that you wouldn’t acknowledge the “racist” aspect of my post..
