The service at this facility by the staff is great! But as for Optimum as a Internet service provider... absolutely terrible! I went into this facilty to cancel my service!

This company is the worst American Company for the next reasons: 1. The worst customer service 2. They increase your monthly bill without a reason 3. Its internet has the worst signal 4. Its cable channels get disconnected all the time 5. They charge you for sending a technical support by fixing its deficient service.

Store said it was open but it was close i tried calling but no one could reach the store
