I have been working with Option Care for years and they are an awesome company. My rep is Hazel and she is incredible. She calls every week for my order and she’s always so friendly and kind. She’s one of those people who is genuinely interested in others. My experience with her has been incredible. I will say, though, I’ve had a very difficult time with billing. Things are incorrectly billed, or submitted to insurance incorrectly, one time I was charged several thousand dollars for losing an item I never had to begin with. So far everything has been resolved and there haven’t been any huge issues, but it would be great not to get that scary number
Horrible service Tara Mattingly is the worse rep I have come across. Does not know how to conduct herself as she lost her patience with a Client for their mix up and short staffing. Horrible place these reviews are accurate. After giving them a second chance still very disorganized and rude. It’s sad when you finally get a nurse to the house even she is complaining about how bad the company is she works for. That speaks volumes when your own employees do not feel comfortable with some of your practices. Well I’ll be glad when this nightmare is over. Maybe someone will come in and make a difference because as of now this place is a malpractice accident waiting to happen. Stay away from Tara she does not have your best interest at hand. She is more about numbers than quality care. You having good insurance is her motivation and will find loop holes to cut corners but increase the companies profit. She is a liar and don’t trust her. It’s been an absolute nightmare to work with this company. My sister who was approved for at home care for bacterial meningitis was supposed to have a nurse come by, the care plan stipulates that the nurse will visit once a week. Throughout the week, my sister has had discomfort and called their office number. It was always promised that a nurse will call her, which never happens. That coupled with a long wait time on the phone! The nurse never visited. Yesterday was the day her IV was to be removed, as that was her treatment end date. She had to go back to the ER for treatment. If you have options such your insurance company, stay away from this horrible, disgusting company’
I have used this company to get formula and other feeding supplies for my now 14-month-old daughter since she was 2 month old. Dealing with this company has been a real pain, and I just have had enough! In August they submitted an incorrect claim to my insurance. In addition to the formula, they charged for a service that we had suspended at least two months earlier. After many calls and after contacting my insurance, which in turn reached out to them directly, they finally re-submitted the claim. One month after the corrected claim was processed by the insurance, and after at least another two calls, they are still billing me for a copayment on a service that was never provided. Billing mistakes can happen, but continuing to bill for a service you did not provide, months after you were first notified of the mistake, may amount to fraud, and I will be reporting it to the Bureau for Better Business BBB. Besides this "incident", this company has proven to be very inefficient and poorly organized. It is laughable that they refer to themselves as a "center of excellence". One example of their inefficiency is the way they have been shipping the formula. Every month, I received 10 cans of formula. As it comes in 6-can cases, they ship a case of 6 plus 4 loose cans. They put the 6-case in one box, and the other 4 cans in a second box, which is larger than the first one and could have comfortably fit both the case and the 4 loose cans! What a waste! Please stay away from this company. You do have options, and Option Care in not the right one.
I've been trying to get my treatment sent out from them for a week now and I just found out that they haven't been working on it at all. I really rely on reliable treatments every month or my condition declines pretty quickly. I'm currently having to go to the hospital for this treatment because this company messed this up so much. I've been doing home health for 15 years with five different companies and I have never had something like this happen before. I'm just really upset.
If possible will give zero star…. They are the worst company to deal with, from lying about treatment and billing for service not provided… They are a fraud…. Never ever to do business with them… I have called more than 10x to fix their mistakes and they will promise to fix it only to call back weeks later and still have to repeat same stories… DON’T USE THEM ATALL …..
Really disappointed, was expecting a delivery and it hasn't been delivered. . Medical supplies should be promptly delivered on time to avoid medical emergencies. Contacted the shop but so far they are a no show.
We had a good experience here 6 months ago, 1 year ago, and 18 months ago. But reviews show it has deteriorated since then. I'm not sure what to make of that.
Had one of my sons medical bags break last night and they delivered new bags, same day i called. An hour away from me. Thank you so much!!!
