Planning for my procedure was comprehensive, clear, informative and efficient. I was immediately instilled with confidence in the doctor, who allayed any of my initial concerns about the impending procedure with his easygoing, confident and knowledgeable assurance. My initial visit was completed in a timely manner and the comprehensive instructions I was given in preparation for the actual procedure on a subsequent visit were easily followed. I was contacted for confirmation of all appointments and I was always given appointment alternatives according to my scheduling needs so I easily fit appointments into my very tight work schedule.The procedure was accomplished successfully and painlessly in an amazingly short time on the scheduled day. I had absolutely no post surgery pain or even discomfort! Post surgery follow up was provided via phone calls by the office (as well as by a pleasantly surprising personal communication weeks after my procedure). Follow up examination and next steps were accomplished as scheduled with the same individualized care and efficiency. I have never been so impressed by a medical service provider, and wholeheartedly recommend the Oral & Facial Surgery of New Mexico to any who would benefit from their services.

My son and daughter had their wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Heiner. He and his staff are amazing! They are extremely professional. Antoinette is great! She has taken care of my son twice. When I see her I know that he is in good hands. I highly recommend them. They are truly caring compassionate people.

Dr. Heiner and his staff do an amazing job! I will never forget the first time that I visited this office. It was kind of an emergency situation and they were very accommodating, got me in right away, took really great care of me, and were available and willing to answer any questions I had over the next few days. I recently had some more work done here and the staff has been just as friendly and helpful as they were the first time I went. I would definitely trust Dr. Heiner with any future procedures and would recommend him to anyone. This is a great team who really knows what they’re doing and will make sure you get the best treatment!

My son had his wisdom teeth removed today. Everyone was very nice and professional through the whole process. He did great and we’re very comfortable with the information and support they offered.
