Orange Cycle

Orange Cycle has been my bike shop for years and I have always appreciated the sales and service staff there. Recently though I had an experience with Drew that went above normal lofty expectations. I had an ultegra shifter that went bad and all options looked horribly expensive. Drew outlined all options for me, including utilizing a left over shifter unused from a previous job. By using that, I saved hundreds of dollars. Thanks so much for going the extra mile. I appreciate it very much. Mike

Felt like family as soon as I walked in. The staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. Even the owner was there who greeted me and personally thanked me for my first LBS bike purchase. The salesperson Jorge. Man this guy was great. He patiently answered all my newbie questions and concerns. I came in just to see and get a feel for quality bikes and ended up buying one. The day I came in to pick it up Jorge was there to assist and explain everything from head to toe and afterwards even helped me with some apparel I needed for riding. Thank you Jorge for your excellent and spotless customer service and everyone else at Orange Cycle for making my first quality bike purchase an extremely pleasant one. I will definitely return over and over again. Recommend!!!

Exceptional customer service! Ryan in the service department took a lot of time to explain what my bike needed (and I needed a lot explaining as a cycling novice!!) - he walked me around the store to help me pick out necessary items for my saddlebag too. Living in Lake Nona, it’s worth the drive to Orange Cycle!!

Orange Cycle has a large-scale selection with a small town personal feel. Everyone I talked with offered honest advice and didn't try to up-sale me. The prices are reasonable and the people are down-to-earth and friendly. I've found my personal bike shop in Orlando.

Exceptional Customer Service I had a serious problem with a fat bike and was expecting the repair to be expensive and take a long time. I was not expecting the kind of personal attention that I got on a busy Saturday afternoon. This place is well staffed with knowledgeable and personable repair and sales people, able to give assistance and advice. However, I'm partial to Joey--he was exceptionally patient with me, even though it was clear that I didn't know much about this sport or the bikes. He is great for someone new to cycling. I highly recommend this establishment--especially if you don't know what you're doing.
