Orange Family Physicians

I've been going here since I was a child, I'm now 36 years old and still go mostly because it's close to home. Today was the last straw, I sat in the exam room for an hour and never even had the courtesy of someone checking in, I doubt if they have realized I left yet. The receptionist has always been rude, but I feel that the whole practice has become complacent, after all they are the only game in town. I will be seeking care elsewhere after today ,couldn't do much worse. In my opinion you're better off having your medical care attended to by the family vet, at the very lest you will be seen.

I have been going to Orange Family physicians for a long time. Everyone is so friendly. I always see Dr Wolanski. He is the best GP ever. I only want to see him when I make an appointment there. He truly cares about you. He takes his time with you and has the best bed side manner ever. I can't say enough about how great of a doctor and person he is.

Nice and courteous staff. Ability for same day appointments after school. Referrals to speciality wasn’t like pulling teeth. Nurse practitioner was attentive and understanding. I love that their first instinct wasn’t to give us pills.

I have been seeing Dr. Keller for all of my medical needs. I needed an appointment as soon as possible so I decided to see Dr. Schmitz. She was terrible. She didn't care about what I had to say, was very unprofessional and was not concerned about the medical problems I was having. After blowing off every question and statement I made, she ended the appointment by telling me, "I don't know whats wrong with you. You're just going to have to deal with it." I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone!! I would recommend Orange Family Physicians or Dr. Keller but would suggest avoiding Dr. Schmitz.

The wait time is ALWAYS ridiculous. If you enjoy sitting in an exam room for at least an hour, this is the place for you. The staff is friendly and the doctors I see are great but wasting over an hour of my time just waiting is getting extremely old. Definitely need to stop double and triple booking the same time slot for doctors. Patients make appointments for a reason.
