Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt

I went there about a month ago and their employees are very rude. They need some new employees.Will not be coming back.

I go to Orange Leaf on average 1 or 2 times a week. I have 7 grandkids and they always want to go. The problem us that we like getting the waffle cones and they are always completely out or there is one. The children all want the waffle cones. Why can't they have a supply of these cones on hand? I ask how long it would take To get some ready and the answer is 40 minutes. We were there today Saturday January 20th at 5:38 in the evening and once again NO WAFFLE CONES. By the way there was 9 of us.Paige was our clerk.

No high chairs. Apparently people with small children don't deserve frozen custard. Will not come back.

Love the cup sizes now. Didn't like the customer service. Was in front of the machines for a while before I was offered a sample. The people who came in after me weren't offered at all. The machines were not all the way frozen and the tables and floor were dirty.

Amazing store. To the person who says they're never here, you may be coming at the wrong time. I've never gone and them not be there. However I realize that people need to eat as well and they usually have 1 person running the place at a time so you may be coming at the point in the day when they're at lunch. No point in a negative review over that.
