Cool place, has alot of older vinyl albums that I used to have back when there was such a thing as ""albums"". Also cds and cassettes. If they don't have it they can order it. Nice to see a real music shop.

My go-to record store in the area. Good selection of new and used stuff, which includes music from local bands. Also some cool shirts and accessories. I noticed a few negative/lukewarm reviews mentioning poor customer service, and I kinda wanted to weigh in on that. If you go closer to when the store opens, then the guy who owns the place will usually be working. He's super cool; he's made suggestions based on the stuff I buy, kept me in the loop about good concerts in town, and his friendly dog always greets me at the door! If you go later on in the afternoon or at night, then there will usually be this one employee working who seems to think that he's too übermensch to interact with or acknowledge any of us common sheep. I've planned trips to Orange earlier on in the day specifically to avoid awkward/borderline insulting interactions, which is really a shame. Otherwise it'd be five stars, easy.

Attempted to go to this store earlier when the website incorrrctly said it was open. Reflects the responsibility I feel the store has.

Terrible customer service, workers won't acknowledge you. If you ask them a question, lucky to get an inaudible mumble. Knowledge of music is questionable, selection is spotty and that's on the new stuff they like. Used selection is small and good luck finding anything good, posers!

It's really to bad that who ever that works the counter wasn't so rude. It's not that they are loud mouth is the fact that they have no interaction with customers at all. Maybe they are mute? I asked myself why would you have a store and not talk to customers? The clerks almost make the customers uncomfortable with ignorance. Not cool at all.. not hipster at all. The art was killer and affordable. I would rather spend my money on eBay at least you get feedback. I guess it's cool to unsociable ina totally social environment. I actually felt like killin myself fro the depressive atmosphere. Make it fast and precise when shopping there people and don't look or talk to staff or you will turn to stone! Thank god for the poster art or I would never go back to this store.
