I enjoy the fast pace, consistency of running, rowing, and lifting, and the variety of workouts inside that consistent format. The coach’s are energetic and push you to work harder. It’s expensive but so is buying exercise Equiptment that I don’t use, or being out of shape. The peer pressure and intense pace help keep me motivated. I have been to many orange theories and this one stands out. They just got new treadmills that go up to 15mph.
I can't say enough positive words of how I feel about Orange Theory of Billings. The coaches are supportive and encouraging. They are high energy, they are knowledgeable, and most importantly they are there to make sure you are doing everything correctly. The front staff makes every effort to know everyone's name and are always happy to see you.
Our OTF in Billings is the best! We have an exceptional group of Coaches and staff behind the desk! Great atmosphere to be a part of!
I’ve been to lots of Orangetheory studios in the US and realized It’s really important to have a motivating uplifting coach and this studio has them. Every class is motivating because of the coaches. You can feel the positive energy and zero judgement in the classes. Thank you Orangetheory Billings for helping me stay positive and healthy. :

The quality of the workouts and the coaching are great! The coaches keep me motivated during class and I love the music.
I have enjoyed every class I've taken here. The coaches are excellent at motivating you to give more without feeling like you're in boot camp. They're high energy without being overly perky, especially at 5am. I always feel like I could push or lift just a little bit more. Every class is different so you won't get bored or in a workout rut. Classes are throughout the day so there are a lot of options to workout.
I have been going to Orangetheory since the day it opened! I have attended other gyms in the past but Orange has the best workouts, different everyday and having a training coach in each class is so great. I have been able to lower my cholesterol levels and I feel healthier and stronger. Win Win!! I love my Orangetheory family and have made some great friends!
This is not a regular gym. You don't just pop in for a 15 minute workout. There are pre-set classes that last for one hour. That said, you are held accountable by a heart rate monitor so you can see exactly how you stack up to your own potential. This is the only place that has helped me quantify my workout efforts. The membership is worth it, every penny - every workout. The coaches are encouraging, and I love seeing all types of abilities in the other members. It's a very inspiring place. There's no competition except for with yourself. And at the end of the class, you get an email detailing your workout stats. Hands-down the best gym gym-plus? out there.
I love that the workouts are something different each and every day! This makes that 1 hour go by so fast. I also love the heart rate monitors - much easier to tell if you need to step it up or maybe take a couple deep breaths. I also love how encouraging and motivating the coaches are. So happy I made the decision to join OTF!
