I absolutely loved the workout here. The trainers are very educated and the front desk staff is welcoming. There is no judgment here and I would recommend this location to anyone looking to switch up their fitness routine.
Nice club with all facilities. Coach’s voice was not loud when compared to the music. It was little difficult to follow. This club has more classes than others in the area. Dry convenient timings.
It’s like having a personal trainer guiding you the entire way. Pushing you to your max, & encouraging you when you think you can’t go any longer. Trent is awesome! Everyone there is great!
I tried it today at 6 am. I haven’t felt this good in a very long time. The staff was great. Nikki, Russell and the other girl sorry I didn’t catch your name, were all so friendly and encouraging. I signed up. You should too.
I love OTF workouts because of the variety of strength and cardio, mixed with knowledgeable coaching. Every workout is unique, and every exercise can be modified to increase intensity for my own personal fitness goals. I always leave an OTF workout feeling energized and accomplished.
This is a great workout with knowledgeable and inspirational coaches that are always trying to get the most out of you! I couldn't do this on my own because I know that I wouldn't push myself this hard. I love this place! #OTFChinoHills
I like so many things about the OTF workouts. 1. Heat Rate tracking to keep you accountable for your work. 2. Changing workouts so it is never boring. 3. Coaches provide modifications for different fitness levels/those with injuries. :
