Orangetheory Fitness West Windsor

An excellent "gym" in West Windsor staffed by talented coaches who encourage and motivate. The staff are friendly and helpful, and always know your name.

Absolutely love Orangetheory Fitness! Best workout I've had in many years!

This was my 1st experience at OT and it did not disappoint. The coach spent time with me prior to the class to insure I understood how the class and equipment worked. The facility was clean and well organized. The other athletes were very encouraging. I would definitely attend again in the future.

I don't have much time during the day for workout and I like high intensity workouts. Orangetheory answers my both needs perfectly. I go there for one hour by knowing that I will do my daily exercise in this hour and I don't need to worry about it rest of the day..

The coaches are incredibly inspirational and I love that the workouts are different every day! I've become stronger mentally & physically.

Great workout, clean and spacious studio, super-friendly staff and members. I LOVED the new treadmills with individual heart-monitor screens. I'll be back next time I'm in NJ!

I have loved every single class at OTF West Windsor! From the workout to the music and the great personalities of all of the instructors, I find that the hour flies by! I generally hate exercise but love the pace at OTF West Windsor.
