The optometrist took great care in answering all my questions. The staff were professional and courteous. I highly recommend Orbit Eyecare for all your optometry needs. You are all doing a GREAT job!!

I have been going to Orbit since I was a kid, and I’m very disappointed on there customer service now. They never informed me on my prescription being expired for over a year, and I went in a month ago to get glasses and they gave me them but now when I try to get contacts they say that my prescription has been expired for a year. The lady I was on the phone with was very rude and said that all of this mix up was my fault. They also are booked till November. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Dr was fine. He did a good job. However my glasses lenses are not working for me. I’ve gone back multiple times for adjustments and a remake of the lenses. But after trying to use them for months the glasses are unusable for me. My prescription hadn’t changed but the old progressive lenses were made with wide channels. Making focusing from far to near really smooth. I am not one to promote Walmart for glasses but I’m going to have to go there and now pay out of pocket because they can do the wide channel lenses. The low stars are because I wasn’t told that they did or did not wide channels. I should have asked but at the same time they inspected my old glasses and they should have noticed the difference. I do. At any rate. The people were nice. I felt I was a burden going back multiple times. It became it was coming down to the fact that those glasses were not going to work for me. So I’ll be going to Walmart to have my lenses made.

Super friendly associates. Walked through the door and immediately greeted and had all my questions answered. Waiting time was minimal. The optometrist answered all the questions I had and did an exceptional job determining which prescription was best for me. The person doing the calculation for the frame costs and any additional charges was very hands on and helpful. Overall the best Eyecare place I've been to.

My husband tried to call and make and appointment with orbit eyecare and the lady was super short with him and just kept asking if we had insurance and refused to make an appointment even though he told her he did. Absolutely terrible customer service, it so easy for places to look up your insurance and get more information but this lady could not be bothered. I’ve had my own issues with this place, and highly recommend any other eye care place that actually cares about new customers/returning customers.

It is always a pleasure visiting Orbit. They have a friendly, professional staff and always provide great service service and assistance picking out your frames and lenses. As much as one could love a doctor's office, I love this place!

Friendly, prompt and thorough. I arrived early and they seen me immediately. Dr. Carlisle was thorough with the exam. He found that I indeed am farsighted, and that reading glasses were all that I needed at this time. He also noticed some irregularities with my optic nerves and checked for Glaucoma. He explained and showed me what his concern was. Thankfully, it turned out to be ok, but something to watch for. I am very pleased with the quality of the exam I received.

Staff is all so friendly and knowledgeable. Doctor was thorough and efficient. And Terri was so kind and helpful with helping me pick out glasses and the perfect fit/style. Worked with me for over an hour!
