I recently chose this clinic for my primary care. Whereas all staff have been very friendly, respectful and patient oriented, Jonathan Aebischer has been a terrific medical care professional for me. I would highly recommend their services if you are looking for skill, compassion, and resourceful medical professionals.

Jonathan is such a great physician. Easy to talk to, listens and genuinely cares for his patients. Never a long wait, friendly staff. I'm glad I found such a great spot. I would recommend this phcillty to anyone in the area looking for a great family practice.

Just took my twin 7 year olds in for a New Patient Exam/ Well Child Check, and we had a GREAT visit with Ashley Cooley NP. She was so kind and welcoming to my children. She talked to them on their level and really made them feel so comfortable. She was thorough, and easy-going about all the questions both I and my kiddos had =).
She is a brilliant healthcare provider, with a really big heart. We are very grateful to have found her!

Calling from a another provider's office in regards to a mutual patient, I was treated very poorly, and disrespectful by whoever answered the doctor line. She failed to provide me her name and hung up on me, when I was calling. When I called back to ask who answered that line, I was told that whoever has time to answer that line answers it. They still would not provide me a name. When I told her what happened she could have cared less. Poor customer service. Especially between doctor to doctor office communication.

My wife and I came to OC Family Practice about 10 years ago when Dr Seyer moved here from Canby. He has since returned to Canby, but we have stayed here. I do not understand the negative comments in these reviews -- nothing we have experienced in all of our time here even remotely comes close to the aggressively hostile complaints that some people have lodged. I know I have experienced a bad workday or two in my life, so understand when someone occasionally comes across as a bit short ... but I just haven't seen the consistent and ongoing poor performance that these reviews suggest exists at OCFP. As a matter of fact, I have only experienced professional care and strengthening relationships.
