Called Amtrak 3 times to figure out my voucher, each rep was a challenge to say the least. Tammy Victor saved you guys from 1 star, give them a raise. very intelligent and competent.

My 2 year old boy and I went from Salem to Oregon City and had a blast! Costs less than a movie ticket and we had some real quality interaction.

My mom rides every other week and train is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS late. Usually by at least 20 minutes. No bathrooms or vending available if your waiting awhile and they don't let you know when it's gonna be late. My mom waited 2 hours before she called THEM to find out it was gonna be awhile longer still during one trip! They could've at least shuttled everyone to the Portland station where there's heat and bathrooms in the evenings!
