They tell you the easiest way to check the status of your refund online yet it does not give you detailed information as to why your return is being manually processed. They need to change this specially when they say you can check the status online or open the revenue dept back up so you can go in person to check it the pandemic is over open your offices back up stop acting as if we're still in the pandemic.

Beyond unprofessional people on the phone line, they are ready to fight you instead answering your question. Department of revenue should look for someone professional who actually love this job. The people on audit department won’t accept any sort of documents and would just throw more bills on you. I provided all the documentation they asked, and finally their excuse was it wasn’t designed in a fashionable way.

I called in and asked about how long my taxes would take as they were pretty late and if I would need to submit anymore documents. I was told I didn't need to submit any documents and my taxes should be ready within a few weeks max, it's not 2 months later and they recently called me requesting more documents and now telling me it will take a while longer despite the fact them even requesting the documents took longer than they said the whole process would take when I called.

Their site says call this number if you haven't received any update on your tax return after 12 weeks. It's been 13 weeks and I waited 30 minutes on hold just for them to tell me it's still processing and they have no estimation of when it will be done, the exact same thing their online system will say. They said nothing is wrong with my tax documents and that I don't need to submit anything. What the heck was the point of calling if your customer service agents are just as vague and unknowledgeable as the computer system? Something needs to be done about the inefficiency of a government institutions that handles tax payer money. They sure love making sure they collect taxes from you on time, but couldn't care less about giving you your money back. I'd give 0 stars if it were possible.

Fixed my refund in February and its may now and still haven't received my refund and I just get the run around everytime I call. Most useless agency ever Update: still nothing 16 weeks later and everyone there is useless when it comes to getting an answer from.

I called because I didn’t receive a form for Oregon taxes withheld when we sold a house in Oregon. They did not give option to leave message or a callback. Just “we’re busy good bye” If I could give 0 stars that is what they deserve

My entire tax refund was offet due to my own negligence and error. The representatives here were able to reverse my mistakes and process an overpayment return for me and things seem to be working faster then expected. They hope to have my retutn sent out by the end of the month! Thank you!

Yes with the Other post they took out of my federal for what I owe them and double charged me out my state now it's been 5 months waiting for my money back. Be careful Oregon State money They will double charge I called them regarding my money back five times and got different answers every time I called
