Oregon Equipment Co Inc

After calling several other HVAC repair places in town in the middle of winter, a live person answered from Oregon Equipment and put me in immediate contact with the repair guys. I know they were extremely busy but they worked me in within an hour and had our heating system working again. Truly professional and very knowledgeable, I highly recommend this company and will always call them first if we need help again.

Unfortunately these people are very inexperienced and unprofessional. They misdiagnosed a heat pump that a home inspector looked at. Two months apart but no one was living in the home. Oregon equipment says it was in great shape! Home inspector said it was bad and will go out any day... And it did. Oregon equipment was informed of this and made no attempt to apologize or reimburse my parents for the money they paid for their services. In fact they made some sarcastic comments on even informing them of the findings. If they had done their job correctly they could have saved my parents several thousand dollars. However my parents are very understanding people, Oregon equipment made no attempt to even apologize or reimburse for there false services this was the icing on the cake for my parents. My advice is to look somewhere else for quality service.

The staff I spoke with on the phone were very professional,I scheduled an appointment,took time off from my job so I could be there for appt.the employee/owner from what I was told ,came in the house booted at my 2 small dogs,then asked where the furnace in need of repair was,I told him it was under the house,he then stated oh I remeber this f***ing house,said it was to messy under there for him and left,I then contacted Home Depot ,they sent out and crew and within 2 weeks time I had a new furnace for my home.

Always knowledgeable and helpful. They installed our heat pump and furnace, selecting the right unit for our house. And now, 11 years later, when I had a little problem with the heat pump fan, Oregon Equipment was right on it for us during this heat wave. Thanks, guys.
