Beautiful place even in the rain! Best part is you can take your pet in the gardens with you!!! Yes, any well-behaved, leashed, dogs can come and enjoy the gardens with you! Large grounds, 80 acres, you can take a narrated tram around. The tram stops a different place, that you can get on and off from.
Love the feel of the whole garden and the themes they have. Don't miss the gift shop that has a cafe in it or the special events going on year round. Great ideas for your home garden as well as a breath of fresh air.
A bit hard to get too, on what seems like back roads to no where. Signage is well done once you get closer.

It's one of my most favorite places to go. It's beautiful and safe for me to walk and have a picnic. The people are all friendly and helpful and the food is excellent. It has a nice gift shop as well. This is my second year of having a membership there :-)

Great collection of native and non native plants! We came in early May and lots was in bloom. I liked how there was a forest section. It was laid out well. They have beautiful water features everywhere. I would want to get married here! It's a lovely place to visit .

I really enjoyed my multiple visits and absolutely loved the entire experience!!! I have been there four times in the last three years. We live approximately one and one-half hours away. I brought my mother for Mother's Day, my twin daughters and the other two times came with my husband and some friends. The food was excellent, the rooms are very nice and have extremely comfortable beds. The facility is clean and quiet the the bar always offers some fun, relaxing entertainment. The Dinner Package is an excellent "bang for the buck". Would highly recommend to anyone and have done so many times.

The resort is beautiful and kept up quite well. The rooms are spacious, clean, and many have great patio views. The garden itself is wonderful! There are so many places to stop, look, and immerse yourself in its beauty. I'd highly recommend visiting, spending a weekend, and having a bite to eat in the restaurant or bar.
