Yes, bill insurance for $500 for a five second appointment. Yes, bill insurance $400 for a virtual visit. The Behavioral Mental Health services aren't even a joke, we aren't laughing. I get that doctors have lives outside of work, but should they come to virtual visits possibly still drunk from the night before? Shout out to the nurses, janitors... the people in the labs... doing the actual work. If a PCP has to look over a chart of medications, especially common antidepressants, to learn more about them, they should not be prescribing medication. OHSU, more like OH-P-U. #medicare4all #universalhealthcare #proact
This hospital is far to big and way under staffed. They are happy to take u on as a Patient but if u need operation for even major work like a back fusion. You have to wait months because they are so booked out. And once the have u it not like u can go find another place that can do the work in a timely manner.. you are only money to this hospital nothing more. 3 months waiting for a operation not once in this time did they call me for up dates. I had to call them and they made me feel like they had no time for me.
I have been going to this clinic for 20 years. I called to make a appointment and they told me they they removed my primary care physician for no reason and would could not give me a new one at that location. They claimed only the Orenco station clinic could get me a new primary care physician, I called them and they told me they were too busy and to try again in 2 months. Only way to be seen is to go to emergency care. I wish I could give 0 stars.
The Worst Clinic EVER! Private message me for specific details. I would caution you to use ANY Other Clinic besides this one, unless you enjoy being abused, and the discharged and maligned if you complain about it. They OBVIOUSLY protect their own, and kick the victims to the curb, repeatedly marring your medical records for any future providers. I am NOT alone in this issue, and can direct you to other people with the same or similar problems from this practice. Finally, if any clinic has less than 4 stars, you would be well advised to look elsewhere, in my opinion. Choose youe healthcare CAREFULLY. Good Luck!
very clean. Very modern. All the best practices and information. This is a teaching hospital so occasionally we have to deal with people coming in that or not the doctor and watching but it's in the interest of progress so I don't mind it. The doctors are very friendly and so are the nurses. There are many to choose from so if you don't get when you like you can always change. They take Oregon health plan and all major insurance plans. I've been coming here for at least 10 years and have had nothing but good experiences. If you're looking for a doctor that's close to downtown or close to the South waterfront this is a great option.
Heads and shoulders above the practices I've been with and shorter wait times. Bloodwork and Xrays performed same day in same building. Easy communications & access to medical records online via MyChart for patient and collaborating specialists. They are helping me make progress on my chronic health issues and getting me into orthotics so I can stay active. Easy access from the Max and trolley, so don't mess with the parking. I love my primary doctor but also like other doctors on staff I've seen. Great experience. Not pushy about the flu shot.
Would never recommend this clinic. Not only are they completely overwhelmed with patients, but the staff doesn't communicate with each other. I called and scheduled an appointment for a week out. But the person on the phone wasn't paying attention and scheduled me for the same day within thirty minutes Unbeknownst to me. I live 45minutes away. When I showed up the following week to what I thought was my appointment time, I was reprimanded for missing the appointment from the prior week. Once I told them what actually happened, they apologized and then made a big deal of fitting me in for that evening. Later in the month I got a letter of reprimand from the clinic for that same missed appointment. I called and complained and again got an apology and told not to worry about it since it was their mistake. Fast forward to today and I call and attempt to make an appointment and I'm told that I have been dismissed as a patient for appointment compliance issues regarding the same, previously missed appointment. I'm livid. Not only did they not actually take care of the issue but they have discharged me as a patient after a decade. This is on top of many other issues that I have filed grievances for regarding dismissive attitudes and lack of communication. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
I love the team. Especially Dr. Joslin. He’s always kind and thorough. I have anxiety and he is very patient and listens to me. I’ve been going to this clinic for years. I highly recommend them!
Worst medical experience of my life, they rescheduled a minor procedure 3 times! Once 20 minutes beforehand. Doctors could care less! Never going back!
I haven't been in too long and now they aren't accepting "new" patients.
