Gabrielle was extremely professional and accommodating. She was patient with us through the buying process and came out to our home to help us prepare our space for our new spa. Once the spa delivered, she came out and taught us how to balance the water and use the spa’s features. The spa delivered with some damage, but she took accountability immediately and began the process of getting everything resolved for us. Although my purchase was almost double what I wanted to spend, the service and experience Gabrielle provided made it worth every cent. I’m actually surprised to see someone with such an incredible skill set in the retail space at all but I feel fortunate that we got to work with her on such a big purchase. We feel comfortable with our decision and are excited to enjoy our spa for years to come. If you go to Oregon Hot Tub, do everything in your power to work with Gabrielle. She offers a level of customer service that I thought had died out years ago. I’m truly astonished with Gabrielle.
I am happy to say I purchased my first hot tub from Gabrielle! I went in to just have a look and was greeted with a welcoming atmosphere of hospitality. I personally tried out several tubs, any questions I had were answered with expertise. I felt confident in buying from Gabrielle solely due to her lovely service and care. Post purchase she continued to keep me updated on delivery. Once it arrived, she helped me work out electrical requirements and personally come out to my house for service! I am grateful for her and look forward to working with her in the future for any of my hot tub needs!
We are first time hot tub buyers. We went into Oregon Hot tub and met Gabrielle. We had such a good experience with her that we really didn’t shop around any further. After delivery and electrical hook up, she came out to the house and helped us with setting up our salt system. She knows hot tubs very well and so we learned a lot. This was invaluable for us being new to hot tubs. I highly recommend Oregon Hot tub and Gabrielle. I’ve already recommended them to a couple of friends in the last 24 hours!
My new hot tub was not purchased here, but I had some questions about reading the water test strips. Jack answered all my questions and easily set me on the right track to understanding basic water chemistry. They said any time I had questions to come in and they would help. Some companies are reluctant to assist if you did not make your purchase with them. I am happy to say that Oregon Hot Tub is not one of these! They know that making a good connection is important in creating a future customer.
The costumer service we received from Tyson is really something we don’t experience often. We didn’t even buy our tub from him but he took the time to explain how to maintain the tub. I spent over 30 mins with this guy on the phone with him giving us detailed explanations. A very important service to a new hot tub owner. The person at a different store who sold us the tub was no where to be found after we bought the tub to give us support but Tyson rescued us! If you are in the market for a tub, please go talk to this guy. You are going to be impressed with the level of knowledge and support!
Gabrielle was patient, thorough, and thoughtful when I was purchasing my first hot tub. I had a lot of questions and she provided all of the necessary information and documentation for me to make a well-informed choice. She followed up and kept in touch. I highly recommend working with her and buying a hot tub.
Gabrielle was our sales associate and what a great job she has done for us. Friendly and very knowledgeable about the tub cover we were looking to purchase.
Derrick was great to work with from the get go. Up front we were told it could take 20-24 weeks for our tub to be delivered. Derrick worked his magic and got ours to us in under 8 weeks. We had a few jet covers pop off and their service team was scheduled to repair before the delivery team departed. Derrick also stopped by after the tub was up and running to make sure we knew what we were doing and help with the water treatment. Great from day #1.
Gabrielle was great to work with. She was detailed in her understanding of the various tubs and offered guidance specific to our family’s needs.
Our sales rep, Derrick Hale, was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff there are great about answering questions for existing owners. Communication from them about delivery was good. Good support for existing owners. They offer full service maintenance plans or regular shipments of maintenance materials. The tub itself that we bought is great. OHT tubs are not cheap, but very high quality. Overall, I'm happy with the entire experience.
