Oregon Roof Care

In March 2020, we needed a new roof. Oregon Roof Care returned my call for a estimate, very promptly. The next day or so, Jose owner came by and gave me a very fair bid. Every question I had was answered right away. I emailed him numerous times and he answered back right away. That was hugely rewarding that he was so considerate. Jose's team did a great job installing the new roof on our home. Hard working, punctual, friendly and tidy. Real pros. We are very satisfied. You will be too.

This is the second time that Jose with Oregon Roof Care has been out to our place to fix leaks on our old roof. We have been very impressed with the service! He has been very prompt and dependable. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem areas. We would trust them to replace our roof and plan to call them when that time comes.

Jose and his team is AWESOME! We had our roof replaced recently and the experience was phenomenal. When we purchased our home 7 months ago, the seller hired Oregon Roof Care, LLC to do some work as part of the sale agreement. We discovered recently that some of the work that was supposed to be completed was missed. When I contacted Jose with Oregon Roof Care to let him know that a small part of the work had not been completed, he responded quickly and professionally. Within 2 days the work had been completed. The way Oregon Roof Care handled this situation was honorable and is proof that these are good guys who care.

I will definitely call Jose at Oregon Roof Care again when we need roof service. He cleaned away the moss, treated the roof, sealed flashing, repaired loose shingles, sealed a leak in the soffit, and cleaned away all the mess. An excellent job! My husband was very happy to learn that Jose is also an expert Christmas lights installer. Thanks, Jose and crew!

I just had a great experience with Jose! He came out and inspected our tiny leak the house has been having since we started remodeling the bathroom. He diagnosed the problem as 3 left over nails from the previous roof job and removing them would be no big deal and fix the problem. He was so prompt and professional. My husband asked him if he could schedule a time to cut in our bathroom vent to the roof, and Jose said he could squeeze it in right now. He is incredibly affordable and generous with his time. I would recommend his work to anyone with roof issues. We will be calling him again for any future roofing jobs we ever have!
