Organic Hair Lab

I have loved coming to organic hair lab for years. Sarah has been doing my hair and always knows how to make my natural waves do things I couldn’t have imagined. I recently had an experience with Riley, who is new to the salon doing nails. They know how to make me feel like the best version of myself and are wonderful human beings.

when i went there the person who did my hair was nice and all but i had asked for shoulder length and for my hair to be layered, my hair is naturally curly so when she wet it and cut it, she cut it where my hair was barely touching my shoulders and i wanted it like full shoulder if that makes sense and then when my hair dried it no longer touched my shoulders and it looks like i didn't even get layers to my hair neither. And im not rude so i just paid and i left but i literally hate how my hair looks i feel so insecure i had plans after and i didn't even go to it because i was too embarrassed, now all i can just do is just put my hair up because i can't even look at myself in the mirror. Like i said the girl was really nice but I just hate my hair now and i've never hated my hair before until now which is really sad

Found the salon in a quick Google search for organic salons as I was new to the area and in search of a new stylist. I reached out about a color consultation through email and got a wonderful, thorough response and booked shortly after. Consult was super helpful as someone who had been dyeing her own hair with henna for the last year. Got an appointment scheduled a couple weeks later and had an amazing afternoon with Sarah while she worked like a master in her craft to get me started on my new hair color journey. Sarah not only goes the extra mile to keep her clients' hair healthy and get them the best results possible, but she educates you along the way so that you can keep lasting results. My color turned out beautiful and better than expected with how difficult it is to work with the red henna color. Bonus: my hair has been incredibly soft and lovely since. Sarah even took time for a bangs trim when I realized our next appointment would mean they'd be getting pretty long. I've had amazing people work on my hair, but Sarah genuinely goes to great lengths to make sure your hair is healthy and happy and that you are too. Oh, and she went down the rabbit hole on sustainability and eco-friendliness so you don't have to worry about environmental impact.

So kind and inviting the minute you step inside. Marion was able to accommodate us and fit us in early. Marion and Reilly did amazing haircuts on both my hair and my partners and we will happily drive up from Tucson again for our next trim. I’m a hairstylist from NYC and this is where I get my hair cut and colored now that I’m a Phoenix resident. This is a wonderful no tox/low tox salon. They carry Organic Color Systems. I have consistently experienced wonderful customer service. I feel cared about, listened to and always with the utmost professionalism. I loved the salon! It is cute and in such a fun location. Alicia is a wonderful stylist and she cut my hair exactly as I wanted it. Their prices are really great for the quality of products and talent they have. Their product line is organic and they serve water in glasses instead of water bottles which I found really classy and nice; you can tell all the ladies really do care about the environment and about hair! I will definitely be returning for trims and touch ups, and I'll be recommending the salon to friends. I'm so happy with my hair :
