Kevin is the best massage therapist. I love deep tissue massages and Kevin helped my muscles to untwist and relax. It feels great to regain mobility and have less muscle tension. Kevin has had training in cranialsacral therapy and has provided me a lot of relief from tension headaches. I don't live in Utah anymore and I have tried many other massage therapists and I wish I could see Kevin more. The tables are very comfortable and the environment is warm and dimly lit with soothing instrumental music. I absolutely recommend.
very good!! Thank you!! We went in today for a couples massage. The wife had a headache this morning so we rescheduled from 1pm to 2:30pm. They accommodated our time and we were able to start around 2:30/2:45. We got the deep tissue and relaxation massages. It was great. They were very attentive to what we wanted and gave us a really good hour. Thanks again
One of the best massages I have ever had in my life. KEVIN was an amazing massage therapist. He used the perfect balance of medium and light pressure as I requested. His experience and skill made the massage, relaxing rejuvenating just what I needed. I rarely give 5 stars. Kevin was truly amazing.
I was allowed to wear my mask, have water and provided a paper towel by the supervisor, during my massage, since I need these due to my asthma. The massaging ladies were courteous, helpful and respectful during several massages. Their massages helped me to reduce stress I was suffering from, hank you. Tipping is flexible; you can tip based on how well you were helped by the massage and person.
I called for a massage on a Sunday, and they fit me in within the hour! It was the best deep tissue massage I've ever had. They were so friendly, professional and it was a WONDERFUL experience. They worked with me and my schedule. I've told all my friends to go there!!!
I was shorted my massage by 15 minutes and was asked to pay the difference for the tip. VERY SHADY!
The most uncomfortable massage I’ve ever had. I had set a same day appt online with Vicky and when I showed up they had no idea but sent me to a massage room and said they’d be right in. At this point I just wanted to give them a chance, I had takin a 12 hour flight and desperately needed some work on my neck and back. The massage therapist was not trying to make my massage relaxing at all, I could hear scratching, sniffling, and coughing that just put me off. Also, I felt like it was my responsibility to keep the sheet over my body! Within the first 5 min she had basically put the sheet to the side. I just felt super uncomfortable, unlike I’ve ever felt at many different massage spas. To top it off I could hear someone throwing up in the next room. When the massage ended she turned on the brightest light and basically rushed me up to change. She stood outside with a cup of water but didn’t leave until I finished my cup. I felt super rushed so I didn’t finish my water and just gave it back to her. She couldn’t communicate with me at all and used a translation app to ask how much I wanted to tip her. I hated every bit of it.
Great massage until I got a lecture that a $10 tip is not a good tip. Extremely unprofessional!!! Won’t be going back! This place is giving a bad name to oriental massages.
Update: Once again, another all-star was added to the therapist roster. I got a Swedish massage from Cindy and she was excellent. Great technique and great pressure. The quality of massage from this business continues and the prices can't be beat. Update: There are 2 new therapists and I would recommend both: Michelle and Yuik. They both gave me excellent Swedish style massages with some Thai style stretching thrown in. They also checked in regularly about the right amount of pressure and I left both appointments with all my muscle tension gone. This massage salon never disappoints. Update: This continues to be my go-to place for massage. Vicky and Lee take care of me and I always leave with a tension-free body. High quality massage for a very reasonable price. Update: Vicky worked on me this visit and she is an excellent therapist. Firm pressure, good use of effleurage and tapotement. I left my session with all my muscle tension gone. Highly recommended, as are the other therapists who work at this location. Update, 4/3/22: Kevin and Lee were booked when I needed a massage and recommended Sherry. She was just as skilled. Great compression and stretching techniques, good communication and she could sense if her pressure was getting too intense. I would still recommend any therapist at this business. I am a regular client and last week when Kevin was running a little late, Lee worked on me. The quality of her massage was just as good. She has firm pressure and all the tension I had been feeling disappeared. I have been feeling great all week so the effects of her massage last. I would recommend any therapist that works at this location. I see Kevin frequently; he has a Swedish style and is great about communicating during the massage with regards to the amount of pressure I like and need and what he notices about my trigger points. Highly recommended
I had been going here for quite awhile, because I do believe they do good work, but my last experience was not good. I had scheduled a 90 minute massage, which was interupted part way through because my massage therapist didn't have time apparently to complete the massage, so it was abruptly cut short. the cherry on top though was even though I left a decent tip, especially considering what happened, the woman tried to bully me into leaving more money. not...great customer service to be sure.
