I’m laughing at all the reviews complaining about rough massages. I literally love it here because they relieve and work out knots and stimulate lymph drainage. I would not pay for someone to lightly touch me, that’s what a massage chair at the Mall is for. The staff has always been super friendly and they seem to really work hard on you and out good effort into it. Just bring cash BOA ATM near Best Buy and go there when your feet or back hurt and they will have you floating.
The foot massage was fine. The table massage was one of the worst I’ve ever had. It was not relaxing, at times painful. Reminded me of a massage I would give to my wife that she’d complain about and make me stop.
Terrible service. Rude staff. Make you wait despite appointments. Get better massages elsewhere.
Avoid at any cost. These masseur's are not licensed. They cannot be. I understand trying to make a living, but they are earning it at the cost of others' health. My wife and I visited here for a 30 minutes massage. Both masseurs were extremely aggressive, using only their knuckles and elbows to press with extreme force on your body. Number of attempts were made to temper the pressure, but it did not help. My masseur tried to massage the back of my skull, but given the force, I had to push him back to avoid getting hurt. And I weigh 230 lbs, mostly muscularly built. The masseur ended up hurting both my and my wife's body, neck, lower back, and the back of our heads. We continue to be in extreme pain a day after, my wife already showing black-and-blue spots on her back. What a disaster of a place and the oxymoron name, "Relaxation Therapy."
I absolutely love this place. I've probably been here over 15 times, and make a point to go back on a regular basis. I will admit, if you're looking for a relaxing, light massage, this is not for you. But I have really tight shoulder and neck muscles, and a super firm massage is perfect for me. I've gone in with a tension headache and left without one. A+ stuff!
This is a nice place to go getting relax . My shoulder was very tense , After 30 minutes of massage, my shoulder feels much much better. Also they do foot reflexology very well. Great job!!. I am glad to know the place , it’s worth going.
Rough masasge if you like it like that, you will leave hurting instead of feeling relieved of pain. I opted for a medium touch instead of hard compressions, and this three foot woman transformed her hands into a steel drill, and included punches to my palms and back at the end. Not girly enough for me, I recommend this treatment for a man that you want to get beat up, no lie.
Nice awesome massage fully relaxed , Tony guy is great . But too much noise coming in from mall music n other showrooms music , it’s just so annoying, During massage it should be calm n peaceful , apart from that noise , massage is simply awesome .
I really dislike writing bad reviews but I should share my experience if only to help the staff whom I had some language barrier issues communicating with. A week + 2 days after my massage there 30 min chair massage I am still in near constant neck and shoulder pain. I've never had issues like this before with my 20 years of experience with massage therapy, quite the opposite. The pressure and style of the massage was way too aggressive, I was in pain most of the massage and kept asking for less pressure. At some points I would cry out a bit in pain and I heard a smattering of chuckling behind me as if the staff kind of thought it was funny the massage was so intense. I think if the mechanics of the massage were more aligned with stretching, facia release or reiki-like I could have benefited from the amount of pressure but the fact that the massage felt like I was being beat up half the time with lots of harsh movements, abrupt adjustments etc... it was a disaster. I'll be in physical therapy for a few weeks now to try and realign and heal. Update: 2.5 weeks later, two trips to the Physical Therapist and a Rx for Prednisone later still recovering.
