Fanny is Awesome. Not only does she have over 60 years of experience in the jewelry business, she is unbelievably kind, down to earth and she won't sell you something that is not you. Highly recommend it.

You agree on one price, minutes later owner will jack the price up. Owner is rude and unprofessional. She lost the item I placed on lay away and wanted me to pay for the item in full then come back later to see if the item was found.
