Orlando Cliff's Auto Repair Service / Collision Repair Orlando, FL

I had service done to my Hyundai Elantra. My service was so quick. I got my car back the next day after I dropped it off. Also the customers service was wonderful. I will absolutely recommend Cliff's Auto Shop and will be taking my car back should I need future repairs.

Cliff was genuinely nice. I had a small scratch that needed a buff and some touch-up paint. He fixed it right on the spot and didn't even charge me. Thanks!

Today is May 25th, 2016, time is 11:05am. I called Orlando Cliff's Auto Repair to inquire about body work and premium paint job for my 1966 Tempest convertible. I was stunned by manner and attitude of the person who answered the phone. The company lost my $7k+ business in about 30 seconds. Here is the transcript. Shop employee: "Hello?" Me: "Is this Orlando Cliff's Auto Repair?" Shop employee: "Yes. How can I help you?" Me: "That's kind of an odd way for a business to answer the phone. Don't you introduce the business?" Shop employee: (clearly annoyed) "How can I help you sir?" Me: "You can't." The owner of the company needs to evaluate who they have as the face of their business and who interacts with clients. How many clients have they lost and never knew they lost them due to poor customer service? Hope this critique helps you improve.
