Yaaaaalllll! This place is amazing! I’ve gotten my shoes regular and work here for a while now to help with my orthopedic needs. However, I was in a bind and needed a new pair of work shoes to me pretty quickly. I’m an hour away from the store, so I called and asked about their shipping methods. They were able to have the shoe I needed delivered to my door in less than 24 hours from when I called them. Best customer service, they will forever have my business.

Had a great experience at Orleans Shoe Co today. They have a huge selection of Hoka shoes. I am a firm believer in Hoka shoes. I work as a ICU nurse and use to have terrible feet pain in my arches after 12 hour shifts. I have high arches. I tried so many different shoes and clogs, spend hundreds and hundreds none of them helped. Found Hoka Bondi and it changed my work life. No more pain after my shifts!!! I went in today to buy some Hoka slides and a back up pair and Boris helped me. Boris was super knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all my questions, showed me different styles, grabbed both the wide fit and 2 sizes for me to try for multiple shoes and slides. He had the patience of a saint! Thanks to him I had a great experience and I will be going back for all my Hoka needs. Thank you again Boris!

Isabelle was so helpful and kind. All the staff have been good, but Isabelle was especially pleasant and easy to work with. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, willing to take the necessary time to find the right shoes and ensure you have a proper fit. Since discovering them five + years ago, this is one of two places I shop for shoes.

I went in looking for vegan shoes and Valerie was incredibly helpful. I told her what I was looking for and she found exactly what I wanted. I love this store. They have an amazing selection of quality shoes. I’ll definitely be back!

Ray was awesome. Superb customer service, had me in an out of the store with my Birkenstocks in 5 minutes. Professional and courteous all the way through. He needs a promotion. I will be back!

Ordered a pair of Birkenstock Boston sandals that are sold out everywhere apparently because they are TikTok famous again. Took less than 24 hours to arrive. I’ll never shop anywhere else again. You have my business for life. Please stay in it.

Macey’s assistance was invaluable. She directed my husband in 2 pairs of shoes and arch supports that immediately improved his stability and comfort all while helping to relieve some pressure on his back.
