I was a few minutes late for my appointment because I got turned around and ended up in the wrong building at first but they still were friendly and got me in right away and my Orthopedic Dr was amazing! He listened to all my concerns and about the pain I have been having, seeing as I was going to him for a second opinion. He didn’t disregard anything I had to say and is committed to finding the problem and helping me recover. And I didn’t feel rushed while talking with him, it was like I was truly the only patient there that he was seeing and I would definitely recommend him and their office to anyone!
I am so grateful that I was able to get an injection for my knee so I could travel and walk the quarter mile incline to sew the medicine wheel with my daughter. I also didn't have to have a recovery period. Next step will be getting handicapped access to minimize walking distances. Epic moments for me because my daughter is moving back to where she grew up and this has been on our bucket list to do together for a very long time.
Dr.Bowler at Ortho Montana is incredible! Through the pre-op appointments, to the procedure day, all the way through the post op appointments. You can tell he has a passion for his work and truly cares about his patients. Could not recommend him enough!
I had a wonderful experience. The doctor was very professional and realistic. Which is totally necessary when it comes to surgery. My recovery is going very well, follow post op instructions and you’ll have good results.
Appointment times seem optional!! My appointment time was at 8:15am I was here at 7:45. I checked in 2 days before my appointment so everything was already done for that part. I waited for 15 min after my appointment time to ask the front desk to check to see what was taking so long and I got an answer od it depends on what's going on in back. While waiting someone had checked in stating they were already late and wanting to see the same Dr as me AND STILL HAD TO FILL OUT THE TABLE INFO. It starts in the front and there are many ways to communicate with the staff in back. To me common sense would be to keep the person that was there on time on schedule and the people that show up late should be made to wait not the other way around. I asked again once the line was gone about 5 minutes or so and was then taken back within another 5 minutes. I waited for the Dr less then 5 minutes my consult was about 5 min and I was done. Being a receptionist/check-in person/whatever you are labeled, means being perceive to what's going on in your surroundings as well and making sure people are being taken care of as well.
Dr. Ituarte is truly amazing. I had been struggling with a lower back issue for years and it came to the point that it affected my whole life negatively, I was in constant pain. I had an X-Ray, MRI and CT Scan done. My primary Dr. said that I needed back surgery. From my prior surgeries done at Ortho MT I knew I would have surgery done at Ortho MT. I did some research on Dr. Felipe Ituarte, he had great reviews from former patients, one calling him a "miracle worker" I met with Dr. Ituarte and I was very impressed by his professionalism and the care he showed me. On 11/7/22 Dr. Ituarte preformed a Spinal Laminectomy. I am almost 3 weeks post surgery and all the pain I had prior to surgery is gone. I feel so good that I have to remind myself that I am still recovering. It is true Dr. Ituarte is a miracle worker, but more than that he is a Great Doctor. Dr. Ituarte, Thank you.
I have been dealing with major nerve issues in my elbow for 7 months now. They have done nothing but give me a brace and drag out surgery to the point it will be on the next calendar year and a add second surgery because they have taken so long to address the original issue. I will not be having surgery here, I will find someone who will actually listen and solve my problem. This place is a joke and just milks insurance. Go anywhere else! Dr. O Neil is rude, and won’t listen to your concerns and will add more surgery without any testing! Do not trust this joke of a practice!
Dr. Grenier appears to be not just an excellent doctor, he is also a gracious and kind person. He is not arrogant and condescending like some other surgeons I have met- just the opposite. I was undergoing treatments and seeking answers for about five months before I saw him. He understood very quickly what the problem was and designed a solution that will not be as profitable for him as doing surgery, but it will be what is best for me and it will solve my problem. I am grateful to have found him!
This is my 4th knee surgery and the 1st on this side. I am semi retired from a 30 plus year career in law enforcement. Consequently I got injured numerous times. The confident and quiet professionalism of Doctor Sheer and his staff was amazing.
The staff was courteous and professional, questions were patiently answered and I felt they listened to concerns I had. I appreciate the way the whole staff treated my bride and I from the consultation through the surgery and the follow up.
